Իրանի ատոմային էներգիայի կազմակերպության ղեկավար Մոհամմադ Էսլամին հայտարարել է, որ Արևմտյան Ասիայում հակամարտությունների մեծ մասի հետևում կանգնած է Իսրայելը, քանի որ «ռեժիմը օգուտ է քաղում հակամարտություններից՝ իր շահերը պաշտպանելու համար», գրում է Mehr-ը։

«Սիոնիստների հետքը տեսանելի է տարածաշրջանի հակամարտությունների մեծ մասում: Եթե ​​հակամարտություն չլինի, նրանք հարմարավետ չեն զգա, և այդ հակամարտությունները բխում են նրանց շահերից»,- հայտարարել է Էսլամին Պաղեստինին նվիրված հեռուստահաղորդմանը:

Նա նաև քննադատել է «իսրայելական ապարտեիդի ռեժիմը»՝ «ՄԱԿ-ի նհարավորությունները սեփական իմունիտետի հաստատման համար օգտագործելու համար, քանի որ ռեժիմի դեմ դեռևս ոչ մի բանաձև չի ընդունվել  նրա միջուկային զենքի չհայտարարված ծրագրի վերաբերյալ»։

Այս կապակցությամբ Էսլամին ընդգծել է, որ «զանգվածային ոչնչացման զենքերը տեղ չունեն Իրանի պաշտպանական դոկտրինում՝ հավելելով, որ երկիրը մտադիր չէ միջուկային զենք կիրառել ուժերի հավասարակշռության հասնելու համար, քանի որ նրա արտաքին քաղաքականությունը հիմնված է ակտիվ համագործակցության վրա։
