Աուդիտորների պալատի նախագահ Նաիրի Սարգսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է. 

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետն Ազգային ժողովում հայտարարում է, թե Ադրբեջանը կանգ է առնելու Հայաստանի լեգիտիմ սահմանների վրա, և լեգիտիմությունն է մեր քաղաքական, դիվանագիտական, պաշտպանական ռազմավարության հիմքը:

Ընդգծեմ, որ խոսքն այն Ալիևի մասին է, որն ընդհամենը օրեր առաջ հայտարարում էր, թե՛ Ջերմուկն իրենց քաղաքն է, թե՛ Սևանն իրենց «Գյոկչա» լիճն է, թե՛ «Էրիվանը» Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանի՝ իրենց հայրենիքի մայրաքաղաքն է ու նշում, որ իրենք պետք է վերադառնան իրենց տարածքներ։

Խոսքը նաև այն Ալիևի մասին է, որն ԱՐԴԵՆ երկար ժամանակ է՝ ինչ խախտել է ՀՀ պետական սահմաններն ու օկուպացրել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության շուրջ 200 կմ ինքնիշխան տարածք։

ՀՀ վարչապետի ելույթը, և մեր երկրի շուջ ձևավորված իրականությունն այնքան իրարամերժ են, որ հստակ կարող ենք փաստել՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կտրվել է իրականությունից կամ էլ գործ ունենք հակապետական մտածողության հետ։

Մտածել, թե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի այս ելույթը լսելուց հետո Ալիևն իսկապես կզսպվի, և այս հայտարարությունը կստիպի նրան հետ կանգնել ՀՀ-ի վրա հարձակման մտքից, միամտություն է։ Այն էլ այն դեպքում, երբ վերջինս օրեր առաջ էր բաց տեքստով սպառնում Հայաստանին։
Գուցե շատերն առաջ տանեն այն թեզը, որ Փաշինյանը չի կարող ագրեսիվ խոսել, որովհետև Ալիևը հենց դրան էլ սպասում է՝ նոր ագրեսիա ձեռնարկելու, դրա լեգիտիմությունն ապահովելու համար, բայց մեր փորձն արդեն իսկ ցույց է տվել, թե ինչի է բերում խեղճի, վախեցածի քաղաքականությունը։

Եվ խոսքն ամենևին էլ սպառնալու մասին չէ։ Սպառնալուց, ողորմելի շողոքորթությունից բացի էլի տարբերակներ կան։ Ի պատասխան Ալիևի՝ համաշխարհային հանրության հետ կարելի է խոսել ճշմարտության և արժանապատվության լեզվով, անարձագանք չթողնել ՀՀ-ի նկատմամբ նախապատրաստվող ոտնձգությունների ներկա բարոյահոգեբանական «վարժությունները»։

Ի վերջո, վերջին մի քանի տարում Ալիևի գործելաոճը չի փոխվել՝ սկզբում սպառնում է, իսկ հետո գործում։

Ալիևը բոլորից լավ է հասկանում, որ իր համար նպաստավոր ժամանակ է եկել ՀՀ-ից ամեն բան վերցնելու համար և դրանից ամեն կերպ օգտվելու է:

Այո, Հայաստանը ագրեսոր պետություն չէ, բայց մենք պետք է ռեալ նայենք իրականությանը։ Զիջումներով, բոլոր կարմիր գծերը սպիտակ դարձնելով՝ պետություն չենք փրկի։

Ամեն օրը, ամեն վայրկյանը կարևոր է դիվանագիտություն զարգացնելու, հայանպաստ քաղաքականություն կառուցելու, ՀՀ սահմանները, բանակը, տնտեսությունը հզորացնելու համար, եթե չենք ուզում «փոշիանալ» մեր «հարևանների» նպատակների ճանապարհին։

Իսկ դրա փոխարեն հիմա ի՞նչ ունենք՝ ողջ Մերձավոր Արևելքը եռում է պատերազմի նախաշեմին, բացառիկ սուր իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել Իրանի շուրջ, իսկ ՀՀ վարչապետը, որպես ՀՀ անվտանգության՝ իր քաղաքականության հիմք դիտում է «լեգիտիմություն» հասակացությունը:
