Այս շաբաթվա սկզբում վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող անձը հերթական ցնցող գաղափարը առաջ քաշեց, ըստ որի Հայաստանին նոր Սահմանադրություն է անհրաժեշտ:

Ոմանք լավատեսորեն մտածեցին, որ երևի նախորդի հագով կարած Սահմանադրությունը արդեն ամոթ է հանգնել, վերջապես այն պետք է բարեփոխել և նվազագույն ժողովրդավարական տեսք տալ, բայց պարզվեց, որ իրական նպատակը Ալիևի և Էրդոգանի աճող ախորժակը բավարարելն է, նույնիսկ սեփական արտգործնախարարը դա ստիպված եղավ ընդունել:
