Մենուա Սողոմոնյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․
 
Նույն օրվա ընթացքում՝ հունվարի 25-ին, հայկական լրահոսում հայտնվեց երկու լուր․ 1/ Ադրբեջանում ապօրինաբար պահվող Արցախի ղեկավարների կալանքի ժամկետը երկարաձգվեց ևս 4 ամսով, 2/ Երևանը առաջիկա օրերին ականապատ դաշտերի 8 քարտեզներ կփոխանցի Բաքվին։
 
Արցախի ղեկավարների կալանքի ժամկետի երկարաձգմանը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անունից պաշտոնական ոչ մի արձագանք չեղավ։ Դա ցույց է տալիս, որ, շատ մեղմ ասած, պաշտոնական Երևանը կարևորություն չի տալիս ՀՀ քաղաքացիների հանդեպ տեղի ունեցող ապօրինությանը հակազդելուն։
 
Ականապատ դաշտերի քարտեզների հանձնման մասին լուրին Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ը անմիջապես արձագանքեց նախապես մշակված գրագետ տեքստով, որտեղ ոչ միայն գոհունակության խոսք չեղավ, այլև Հայաստանին շարունակեց մեղադրել պատերազմական հանցագործությունների մեջ՝ կանխելով քարտեզների փոխանցման այս ժեստի հնարավոր քաղաքական կապիտալիզացիան Հայաստանի կողմից։
 
Իմ խորին համոզմամբ, տեղի է ունեցել փոխշահավետ գործարք, բարտեր՝ բոնուսով։
Արցախի ղեկավարները Բաքվում պահվում են ապօրինի, միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերի կոպտագույն խախտմամբ, և վաղ թե ուշ Բաքուն նրանց ազատ է արձակելու և պատասխանատվության գործընթաց է մեկնարկելու այս ապօրինության դեմ։ Սակայն հաշվի առնելով, որ նրանցից ոմանց, օրինակ՝ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի ազատվելը և Հայաստան գալը հակասում է թե՛ Փաշինյանի, թե՛ Ալիևի շահերին, վերջիններս անում են հնարավոր ամեն ինչ, որպեսզի մինչև կապիտուլյացիայի համաձայնագրի ստորագրումն ու վավերացումը, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանում սահմանադրական հեղաշրջման իրականացումը այդ մարդիկ շարունակեն մնալ անազատության մեջ։ Բայց քանի որ Ալիևը յուրացրել է ցանկացած իրավիճակում օգուտ կորզելու կարողությունը, ուստի հաջողեցրել է Փաշինյանի քաղաքական հակառակորդների կալանքի երկարաձգման դիմաց նրանից պոկել ականապատ դաշտերի քարտեզները՝ որպես բոնուս։
