Նաիրի Սարգսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․

 

Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ, զինվորներ, ենթասպաներ, սպաներ, գեներալներ, ջերմորեն շնորհավորում եմ ձեզ Հայոց բանակի օրվա կապակցությամբ։
 
Հայոց բանակը մեր անկախության և անվտանգութան գլխավոր երաշխավորն է, մեր պետականության ամենաարժեքավոր ձեռքբերումներից մեկը։ Սա արդեն պատմական փաստ է եւ անհերքելի ճշմարտություն։
Հայկական բանակը ծնունդ առավ և ձևավորվեց մեր նորօրյա ազատագրական պայքարի հերոսական մարտերում, ունեցավ հաղթանակներ, և անցավ բազում փորձությունների միջով։
 
Այս օրը տարբերվում է իր բովանդակությամբ և գաղափարախոսությամբ, բայց ցավոք սրտի, Զինված ուժերի 32-րդ տարեդարձը նշում ենք պետականության համար վճռական ժամանակաշրջանում, նշում հանձնված Արցախով, հնարավորինս վտանգված Հայաստանով։
 
Այսօր առավել քան կարևոր և առաջնային է բանակաշինության, երկրի սահմաններն ամրացնելու հարցը։ Գիտակցումը, որ բանակը երկրի անվտանգության առաջին երաշխավորն է, պետք է բանակաշինության ընթացքը դարձնի առավել արդյունավետ, ստիպի իրականացնել բարեփոխումներ, ստեղծել 21-րդ դարին հարիր մարտունակ բանակ:
 
Մենք պարտավոր ենք բանակը հզորացնել, վերազինել, անպարտելի դարձնելու ճանապարհին ջանք և եռանդ չխնայել։
 
Այս պահին օրհասական է պետության անվտանգությունը, իսկ ամուր պետություն ունենալու համար առաջնահերթ պետք է ունենալ նվիրյալ և զինված բանակ, որն անմնացորդ կկատարի իր սուրբ գործը։
Միայն մարտունակ բանակը կարող է լինել Հայոց անկախ պետության համար առաջնահերթ նշանակություն ունեցող անվտանգության երաշխիքը:
 
Այսօր էլ տարվա մյուս բոլոր օրերի նման շարունակենք աղոթել մեր զինվորների համար։ Թող Աստված պահապան լինի մեր հայրենիքի պաշտպաններին, թող նրանց բազուկն անհաղթ լինի, կամքն՝ անկոտրում:
Հայրենիքի ազատության ու անկախության համար պայքարում իրենց կյանքն են զոհաբերել շատ քաջ հայորդիներ: Նրանց հիշատակը միշտ վառ է մեր սրտերում: Հավե՜րժ փառք ու պատիվ մեր բոլոր նահատակներին:
 
Եվս մեկ անգամ շնորհավորում եմ Բանակի օրվա առթիվ, մաղթում խաղաղություն և նոր հաղթանակներ։
