ՀՀ-ում Իրանի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Մեհդի Սոբհանին այսօր հանդիպել է հայ փորձագետների հետ, նաև պատասխանել լրագրողների հարցերին։ «Մենք կողմնակից ենք Հայաստանի ուժեղացմանը և հզորացմանը»,- նշեց դեսպանը՝ ի պատասխան Factor TV-ի հարցի, թե ինչպես է Թեհրանը վերաբերվում Իրանի տարածքով զենքի տարանցման խնդրին՝ հաշվի առնելով հայ-իրանական բարեկամական հարաբերությունները և այն, որ Հայաստանը սպառազինությունների ձեռքբերման պայմանագրեր ունի Հնդկաստանի հետ։

Դեսպան Սոբհանին նաև ընդգծեց՝ Իրանի կառավարությունը գտնում է, որ տարածաշրջանում ուժերի հավասարակշռությունը կնպաստի խաղաղության և անվտանգության հաստատմանը։ «Այս շրջանակում ցանկացված օգնություն, որ անհրաժեշտ կլինի Հայաստանին և կնպաստի Հայաստանում խաղաղություն և կայունություն հաստատաելուն, պատրաստ ենք օգնել»,- ասաց դեսպանը։

Դեսպանն «ասեկոսե» գնահատեց տեղեկությունները թե տարանցման դիմաց Թեհրանը ցանկանում է Սյունիքում ռազմական ներկայություն ունենալ։
