Իմ կարծիքով սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների օրակարգը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի խմբակի կողմից նետված կեղծ օրակարգ է։ Այս մասին խորհրդարանական ճեպազրույցների ժամանակ ասաց «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության ղեկավար Հայկ Մամիջանյանը։

«Ես չեմ կարծում, որ իրենք կհասցնեն ավարտել այդ գործընթացը։ Սահմանադրության վերաբերյալ իրենց հնչեցրած թեզերին ՀՀԿ-ն դեմ է, բայց չեմ կարծում, որ այս պահին դա պետք է լինի ՀՀ-ի միակ քաղաքական դիսկուրսը, և դրան ռեակցիոն պատասխանելը որևէ էֆեկտ չի բերում։ Հայաստանի հիմնական օրակարգն այն է, որ Հայաստանի անունից հիմնական բանակցողն այս պահին զբաղված է Ադրբեջանի ուլտիմատումների կատարմամբ»,- ասաց նա։

Մամիջանյանի խոսքով՝ վերջին շրջանում մի շարք գործողությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կողմ է առանց միջնորդի Ադրբեջանի հետ բանակցություններին։

«Իշխանափոխությունը փրկության միակ տարբերակն է։ Եթե տեսնեք, թե ինչ ուղղությամբ են ընթանում բանակցային գործընթացները, քանի ականներ են դրվել այդ գործընթացի տակ վերջին 6 տարվա ընթացքում, կհասկանաք, որ ՀՀ անվտանգությունն այլընտրանք չունի, քան Փաշինյանի հեռացումը։ Այդ մարդը համարում է, որ մեր երկրի միակ պրոբլեմը զինանշանն ու օրհներգն են։ Նա ոչ միայն անփորձ է, ոչ միայն կրթություն ու սթափություն չունի, այլև իր սխալն ընկալելու ունակություն չունի։ 5000 մարդ է զոհվել, ասում է զինանշանն է մեղավոր։ Փաշինյանը բանակցող չէ, նա լսող-ստորագրող է։ Փաշինյանին դեմքը փրկող ինչ-որ բաներ են պետք։ Մի օր կարող է կանգնել ասել Վրաստանի հետ կապվող միջպետական երկու ճանապարհներից մեկը ամբողջությամբ անցնում է Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ, Սյունիքով Իրանի հետ ապող միջպետական ճանապարհն էլի անցնում է ադրբեջանական դիտարկման տակ, բայց լավ արոտավայրեր եմ բերել, որ տեսնեք ինչ խոտ է»,- ասաց պատգամավորը։

Լրագրողի հարցին՝ ի՞նչ կփոխեր ընդդիմությունը, եթե հայտվեր Փաշինյանի աթոռին, Մամիջանյանը պատասանեց․ «Նախ մենք այս վիճակում չէինք հայտնվի։ Այս պահին անհրաժեշտ է անել մի շարք բաներ՝ ապահովել հստակ, պայմանավորված, միջնորդային երաշխավորի ինստիուտ հայ-ադրբեջանական բանակցային գործընթացում, դելիմիտացիայի ու դեմարկացիայի գործընթացը հստակորեն կապել ընդհանուր բանակցային գործընթացի հետ, ակտիվորեն կառուցել հայ ռազմագերիների ու քաղաքական գերիների վերադարձի գործընթացը»։
