Նախօրեին Մոսկվայի «Դոմոդեդովո» օդանավակայանում ձերբակալված Քյամիլ Զեյնալլին այսօր առավոտյան ժամանել է Բաքու:

Առաջին հերթին Զեյնալլին շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևին, որ վերջինս անուշադրության չի մատնել իր հարցը․ «Ես չէի կարծում, որ կարող եմ այդքան արագ տուն կգայի և պատրաստվել էի ամենավատին»,-ասել է նա լրատվամիջոցներին:

Նշենք, որ երեկ առավոտյան մոսկովյան Դոմոդեդովո օդանավակայանում ռուս իրավապահները ձերբակալել էին 44-օրյա պատերազմի ժամանակ անպաշտպան ծերունու և նրա որդու պարանոցները կտրած ադրբեջանցի Քամիլ Զեյնալիին, ով պատերազմից հետո նաև հանդես է եկել ռուսաստանաբնակ ադրբեջանցիներին ուղղված կոչերով՝ սադրելով նրանց հարձակումներ կազմակերպել ՌԴ հայերի դեմ։

Զեյնալին սոցցանցերում հայտնել էր, որ իրեն ձերբակալել են Հայաստանի պահանջով։ Հետագայում ՆԳՆ-ից InfoPort.am-ին հայտնեցին, որ ՀՀ-ն միջազգային հետախուզում էր հայտարարել ադրբեջանցի մարդասպանին։ Զեյնալին իր տեսաուղերձում խնդրում էր նախագահ Ալիևին օգնել իրեն, քանզի նա «ամեն ինչ արել է հանուն մեծն նախագահ Ալիևի և Ալլահի»։

Զեյնալիի փաստաբան Ալեքբեր Գարաևը հայտնել է, որ նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Հայաստանի քրեական օրենսգրքի 135-րդ (մարդկայնության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործություններ), 147-րդ (վարձկանությունը) և 149-րդ (ռազմական ագրեսիան) հոդվածներով։ Փաստաբանը նաև հայտնել է, որ Զեյնալիի նկատմամբ դատավարությունը տեղի կունենա փետրվարի 22-ին։ Ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցները հայտնում են, որ Զեյնալիին մեղադրանք է առաջադրված նաև ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 140-րդ հոդվածով (պատերազմ վարելու արգելված եղանակների կիրառմամբ պատերազմական հանցագործությունները):
