ՀՀ ՊՆ նախկին փոխնախարար Արտակ Զաքարյանը գրում է․

«Ընտրե´ք` կամ պատերազմ, կամ Նիկոլի հրաժարական: Երրորդ տարբերակ` այսօր չկա:

ՀՀ յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացի, ուզի թե չուզի, գիտակցաբար թե ենթագիտակցաբար` պետք է հասկանա և ընդունի այս ընտրությունը: Ընդ որում` այս երկընտրանքը մեր ժողովրդին պարտադրում է հենց Նիկոլը: Այսօր հայ մարդը կամ պետք է պահի Նիկոլին և զենքը ձեռքին պատրաստվի ավելի սարսափելի պատերազմի, կամ պետք է հեռացնի Նիկոլին և փոխի Հայաստանի անվտանգային շահերի ու ՀՀ իշխանության նկատմամբ, միջազգային հարաբերություններում գոյություն ունեցող ծայրաստիճան վտանգավոր վերաբերմունքը:

Սա առաջին հերթին վերաբերում է ՔՊ խմբակցության անդամներին: Ձեր արնաշաղախ ու հարենադավ մանդատները, որը բացի աշխատավարձից, ուրիշ ոչինչ չի տալիս ձեզ, դարձել է հայ ժողովրդի համար պատերազմի ու խայտառակության քաղաքական հենարան: Ձեր երեխաներին ասելիք չունեք, ձեզ անարգողներին պատասխան չունեք...

Գիտեմ, որ ձեզանից շատերը լավ գիտակցում են այս ամենը, գիտեն, որ հայհոյանքի ու անարգանքի են արժանանում ամենուր, գիտեն, որ բացի փողասեր շողոքորթողներից ու կախյալներից` մյուսներն անիծում են ՔՊ կոչվող խմբակին:

Մտածեք տիկնայք և պարոնայք, քանի որ օրեցօր մոտեցող պատերազմը լինելու է միայն այն պատճառով, որ ձեր Նիկոլն է ՀՀ վարչապետը:

Առաջին հայացքից թվում է թե ի՞նչ կապ ունի Նիկոլը, եթե թշնամին ձգտում է օգտվել միջազգային անկայուն իրավիճակից և հերթական ռազմական ագրեսիայով նոր տարածքներ զավթել Հայաստանից:

Նոր պատերազմի և Նիկոլի միջև կապը կայանում է նրանում, որ նա ամբողջովին ձախողել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության և Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության հետ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ունեցած անվտանգային և ռազմաքաղաքական համատեղ օրակարգերը: Այդ ձախողումները, ինչպես նաև Արցախը հանձնելը Նիկոլն արել է միայն իր կապիտուլյանտ իշխանությունը պահելու հարցում արևմուտքից ստացած խոստման դիմաց:

Մյունխենի անվտանգային համաժողովից պարզ դարձավ, որ Հայաստանի անվտանգությունը հավաքական Արևմուտքին չի հետաքրքրում և վերջինս չի կարող երաշխիքներ տալ:

Խորին հարգանքով ֆրանսիացի ժողովրդի նկատմամբ, սակայն ստեղծված իրավիճակում Ֆրանսիան ևս ի վիճակի չէ աջակցություն և անվտանգային երաշխիքներ տրամադրել Հայաստանին:

Նոր պատերազմից խուսափելու միակ տարբերակը` շուտափույթ իշխանափոխության միջոցով Հայաստանի ներքին և արտաքին քաղաքականության և անվտանգային ռազմավարության վերալիցքավորումն է: Հայաստանի դեմ պատերազմը ձեռնտու չէ Ռուսաստանին և Իրանին, սակայն այն քաղաքականությունը, որը վարում է Նիկոլը, ավելի ճիշտ նրա օտարերկրյա տերերը`ուղիղ գծով տանում է դեպի նոր պատերազմ:

Փոխելով կառավարությունն ու վերանայելով մի շարք ռազմավարական նշանակության խնդիրներ` հնարավոր կլինի կարճ ժամանակամիջոցում զսպել Հայաստանի դեմ նոր պատերազմի ռիսկերը և ավելի երկար ժամանակ շահել` Հայաստանի դիրքերն ամրապնդելու համար:
