Հայաստանի և Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության դիմակայությունն այլևս մտնում է թեժ փուլ։ Օրեր առաջ Փաշինյանը ֆրանսիական հեռուստաալիքին տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել էր, թե Հայաստանը սառեցրել է իր անդամակցությունը ՀԱՊԿ-ին։ Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպությունը, Ռուսաստանի պաշտոնական կառույցները, Արտգործնախարարությունը խստորեն արձագանքել են Փաշինյանի հայտարարություններին։ Կրեմլի խոսնակ Դմիտրի Պեսկովն, օրինակ, հայտարարել է, թե ՀԱՊԿ պայմանագիրը չի ենթադրում անդամակցության սառեցում։

Փաստացի, ըստ էության, Ռուսասատանը Հայաստանին պարզ և հստակ ասում է՝ կողմնորոշվիր։ Նման իրավիճակում իրավապայմանագրային երկու տարբերակ կա՝ կամ Հայաստանը պետք է հայտարարի, որ լքում է ՀԱՊԿ-ն՝ դրանից բխող բոլոր հետևանքներով և անցնի կազմակերպությունից հեռանալու բոլոր ընթացակարգերը, կամ էլ Ռուսաստանը դնելու է վերջնականապես կողմնորոշվելու հարցը, եթե մնում է ՀԱՊԿ-ում, ապա պարտադրված է լինելու ստորագրել հնարավոր բոլոր պայմանագրերը, որոնք մինչ օրս Հայաստանը չէր վավերացրել։

ՀԱՊԿ մասով ամենակոշտ գնահատականները հնչել են Մինսկից։ Բելոռուսի նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոն Հայաստանի իշխանություններին խորհուրդ է տվել չշտապել և կտրուկ շարժումներ չանել՝  նշելով, որ դուրս գալը հեշտ է, սակայն հետ վերադառնալը չափազանց դժվար է լինելու։ Ըստ էության, ակնհայտ նախազգուշացում կարելի է համարել։ Բելոռուսի նախագահը պնդում է, թե Հայաստանը չպետք է նեղանա ՀԱՊԿ-ից՝ նշելով, որ թե՛ հայերը, թե՛ ադրբեջանցիները իրենց համար հավասար եղբայրներ են։

Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի և Հայաստանի դիմակայությունն արդեն բավական ժամանակ է տևում, ընդ որում՝ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները՝ մեջբերելով ՀԱՊԿ ինչ-ինչ պարտավորություններ, ամեն ջանք գործադրում են թե՛ այդ կառույցի հետ հարաբերությունները խզելու և թե՛ պաշտոնական Մոսկվայի հետ խնդիրներ հարուցելու համար, ինչն, իհարկե, լրջագույն հետևանքներ կարող է ունենալ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ապագայի համար։ Թե՛ ռուսաստանյան, թե՛ հայաստանյան փորձագիտական շրջանակները բազմիցս զգուշացրելեն այդ հետևանքների մասին։

Օրեր առաջ տեղի ունեցած կլոր սեղանին էլ ռուս քաղաքագետները նշել են, որ Հայաստանից 102-րդ ռազմակայանը հանելու և ՀԱՊԿ-ից դուրս գալու դեպքում Ադրբեջանը չի հապաղի հարձակվել և, ի վերջո, Հայաստանը կվերածվի Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանի, ինչպես սպառնում է պաշտոնական Բաքուն։

«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, պաշպանության նախկին նախարար Արշակ Կարապետյանը բազմիցս է արձանագրել, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ի, ԵԱՏՄ-ի և այլ ինտեգրացիոն կառույցների մասով Հայաստանի գործող իշխանություները չափազանց վտանգավոր խաղ են խաղում, որը կարող է ծանրագույն հետևանքներ ունենալ։ Արտաքին քաղաքական վեկտորի փոփոխության՝ Հայաստանի իշախանությունների քայլերը ունենալու են ոչ միայն քաղաքական, այլ նաև՝ տնտեսական հետևանքներ։

Ըստ Կարապետայանի, գործող իշխանությունները իրենց դիլետանտության պատճառով չեն հասկանում, որ արտաքին քաղաքական վեկտորի մեկ բաղադրիչը փոխելը բավարար չէ, փոխելու դեպքում հարկավոր է կշռադատված փոխել բոլոր բաղադրիչները, իսկ միայն մեկ բաղադրիչը փոխելը կարող է կործանարար լինել մեր երկրի համար, որպես հետևանք՝ տնտեսական աղետի Հայաստանի Հանրապետության համար, քանի որ Հայաստանը բոլոր թելերով կապված է Ռուսաստանի հետ։
