Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի վարչությունը շարունակում է  պայքարը թմրամիջոցների և հոգեմետ նյութերի` Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սահմանով անօրինական տեղափոխման ուղղությամբ:

Օրերս, Մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի վարչության աշխատակիցներն, Արևմտյան մաքսատուն-վարչության աշխատակիցների հետ համատեղ, «ՀայՓոստ» ՓԲ ընկերության փոխանակման կենտրոնում իրականացրած հսկողության արդյունքում մաքսային զննման են ենթարկել Ֆրանսիայի  Հանրապետությունից ՀՀ ներմուծված միջազգային փոստային առաքանին: Արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել է գնդակի մեջ թաքցված «բուպրենորֆին» տեսակի թմրամիջոցի պարունակությամբ  «սուբուտեքս» տեսակի 780 դեղահաբ և 1.69 գրամ ընդհանուր քաշով վնասված դեղահաբեր:

Մաքսանենգության  դեպքով` ՊԵԿ մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի վարչության օպերատիվ հետախուզության բաժնի և  ԱԱԾ տնտեսական անվտանգության և կոռուպցիայի հակազդման գլխավոր վարչության աշխատակիցները համատեղ,  ձեռնարկել են անհետաձգելի օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ: Պարզվել է, որ նշված առաքանին պետք է ստանար ՀՀ քաղաքացի Ա. Ե.-ն։

Ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների շրջանակում Կոտայքի մարզի Աբովյան համայնքի Բալահովիտ գյուղում «բուպրենորֆին» տեսակի թմրամիջոցի պարունակությամբ «սուբուտեքս» տեսակի դեղահաբերի փոխարեն նմանատիպ այլ փոխարինված զանգվածների պարունակությամբ միջազգային փոստային առաքանին «ՀայՓոստ»-ի փոստային բաժանմունքից  ստանալուց հետո ձերբակալվել և Մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի վարչություն է տեղափոխվել նախկինում մի քանի անգամ դատապարտված ՀՀ քաղաքացին: Վերջինս ենթարկվել է ձերբակալմանն ուղեկցող անձնական խուզարկության, որից հետո տեղափոխվել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տնտեսական հանցագործությունների և մաքսանենգությունների քննության գլխավոր վարչություն, որտեղ հարուցված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում վերջինս ձերբակալվել է:

Փաստի առթիվ Քննչական կոմիտեում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 399 հոդվածի հատկանիշներով  հարուցվել է քրեական վարույթ, կատարվում է նախաքննություն:

Ծանուցում. հանցագործության համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով։
