Անթալիայում ավարտվել է դիվանագիտական միջազգային համաժողովը, որին մասնակցություն են ունեցել Թուրքիան, Ադրբեջանը, Ռուսաստանը նաև Հայաստանը։

Համաժողովին Հայաստանից մասնակցել են արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանն ու Ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանը, մի շարք հանդիպումներ ունեցել։

Պաշտոնական հաղորդագրությունների մեջ չկա որևէ հիշատակում Արարատ Միրզոյանի և Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի հանդիպման վերաբերյալ։

Դեպի Արևմուտք քաղաքական կուրս որդեգրած Հայաստանի իշխանությունների ներկայացուցիչներն ամեն կերպ խուսափում են ռուս գործընկերների հետ հանդիպումներից, իսկ Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի՝ Ռուսաստանի վերաբերյալ հնչեցրած կարծիքների մասով, չեն ցանկանում դեմ առ դեմ հանդիպել ռուս գործընկերներին և պատասխան տալ դրանց համար։

Այն, որ հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները գտնվում են ծայրահեղ վատ վիճակում, Անթալիայում մամուլի ասուլիսում հայտնել է նաև Սերգեյ Լավրովը, նշել, որ՝ «Հայկական ղեկավարությունը փաստացի գիտակցված որոշում է կայացրել և Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունները հետևողականորեն վատթարացնելու ուղի է ընտրել՝ Ռուսաստանին մեղադրելով այն ամենի մեջ ինչ տեղի է ունեցել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հետ։ Իհարկե, դա դաշնակցային չէ»,- հայտարարել է Լավրովը։

«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Արշակ Կարապետյանն էլ իր բազմաթիվ հարցազրույցներում փաստում է այս հանգամանքը, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները հենց Ռուսաստանի վրա են փորձում բարդել ողջ մեղքը, շեղել և մոլորեցնել հայ հանրությանը, վատթարացնել հայ-ռուսական ավանդաբար, հարյուրամյակներով ստուգված դաշնակցությունը։

Իհարկե, հակառուսական իրենց քաղաքականության մասով Հայաստանի իշխանությունները վտանգում են սեփական երկրի գոյությունը։ Սերգեյ Լավրովը, նույն Անթալիայում նշել է, թե՝ Հայաստանում կարծում են, որ պետք է կյանք կառուցել ոչ թե մերձավոր հարևանների և պատմականորեն համերաշխ ժողովուրդների հետ, այլ նրանց, ովքեր դեմ են իրենց բարեկամներին։

Ըստ էության, Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանին մեղադրում է իր այսօրվա թշնամիների հետ դաշնակցելու մեջ, նաև խոստանում գործնական քայլեր կատարել։ Թե ինչպիսի՞ գործնական քայլեր է ակնարկում Սերգեյ Լավրովը, նա չի բացահայտել, փաստել է, որ հայ-ռուսական երկկողմ հարաբերությունների էական վերանայում կարող է տեղի ունենալ։
Ռուսական կողմի այս նյարդային արձագանքը վկայում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն արդեն հասցրել է լրջորեն զայրացնել Ռուսաստանին, որը խոսում է գործնական քայլերի մասին։ Թե ինչպիսի՞ գործնական քայլերի կարող է գնալ Ռուսաստանը, կարծում ենք յուրաքանչյուր ընթերցողի էլ պարզ է։

Արշակ Կարապետյանի գնահատմամբ՝ Ռուսաստանը մեր տարածաշրջանից գնալու տեղ չունի, որտեղ հաստատվել է մոտ 200 տարի առաջ և Հարավային Կովկասը համարում է իր կենսական շահերի գոտի՝ դրանից բխող բոլոր հետևանքներով։ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների այս վարքը սպառնալիքի տակ է դնում հենց Հայաստանի գոյությունը։

Արդյոք Ռուսաստանը կգնա՞ ռազմական էքսպանսիայի, թե՝ ոչ, բարդ է ասել, բայց այն, որ գործող իշխանություններն իրենց վարած քաղաքականությամբ թշնամացնում են տարածաշրջանում հենց Հայաստանի դեմ, դա արդեն փաստ է։
