Երեկ տեղի է ունեցել Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարարներ Սերգեյ Լավրովի և Արարատ Միրզոյանի հեռախոսազրույցը։ Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ-ն է միայն այդ մասին տեղեկացրել՝ նշելով, որ զրույցը տեղի է ունեցել ռուսական կողմի նախաձեռնությամբ։

Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ-ն պաշտոնական որևէ հաղորդագրություն այս հեռախոսազանգի մասին չի նշել։ Վերջին շրջանում Սերգեյ Լավրովը մի շարք քննադատական հայտարարություններ է հնչեցրել Հայաստանի հասցեին, հատկապես Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության մասով՝ նշելով, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ից Հայաստանի դժգոհությունն անհիմն է, իսկ հայկական կողմը փորձում է իր իսկ գործողությունների հետևանքով առաջացած աղետների ամբողջ մեղքը բարդել ռուսական կողմի վրա։ Հայաստանի իշխանություններն անընդհատ սրում են հարաբերություները Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության հետ, իսկ վերջին օրերին անցել են չափը, մասնավորապես, նույնիսկ հայտարարելով, թե 1991 թվականից հետո Հայաստանը սխալ ռազմավարական շրջադարձ է արել՝ հարաբերություններն ամրացնելով Ռուսաստանի հետ։

Ըստ Սերգեյ Լավրովի՝ չափազանց լուրջ և վտանգավոր հայտարարություն է սա, որը հասկանալու համար Հաայստանից պարզաբանումներ են պահանջում։ Եթե պարզվի, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունն ամբողջությամբ այս վտանգավոր նարատիվի կողմնակիցն է, ապա հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները պետք է վերանայվեն, ընդ որում ռուսական կողմը հստակ նշում է, որ վերանայվելու են բոլոր ուղղություններով։ Ոչ միայն ռազմական, այլ նաև տնտեսական, քաղաքական, գազային։

Այս պայմաններում չափազանց վտանագավոր իրավիճակ է ստեղծվում տարածաշրջանում։ Հայաստան անընդհատ արևմտյան պատվիրակություններ են այցելում։ Գրեթե նույն վիճակն է նաև Ադրբեջանում։ Նոր ռազմական էսկալացիայի հավանականության մասին խոսելով նույիսկ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ նշել է, որ Ադրբեջանը պատրաստվում է հարձակվել Հայաստանի վրա, ընդ որում գործող իշխանությունները շարունակում են պնդել, թե իբր Ռուսաստանն է Ադրբեջանին մղում Հայաստանի դեմ պատերազմ մղելուն, մինչդեռ փաստն այն է, որ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանություններն իրենց անխոհեմ հայտարարություններով վտանգավոր, նոր արհավիրք են հասցրել սեփական պետությանը։ Հայաստանի խորհրդարանական ընդդիմությունն այս պահին ընդամենը հերթապահ հայտարարություներ է անում սպասվող մարտահրավերների մասին։

«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Արշակ Կարապետյանը բազմիցս զգուշացրել է վտանգավոր հետևանքների մասին, նշել, որ Հայաստանի գործող իշխող քաղաքականությունը ՀԱՊԿ-ի և ԵԱՏՄ-ի մասով կարող է լրջագույն խնդիրների հանգեցնել, ընդգծել, որ այդ քաղաքականությունը տանող Հայաստանի իշխանություններն իրականում չեն գիտակցում սպասվող դժվարությունների և աղետի մասին։ Ըստ ՊՆ նախկին նախարարի Հայաստանը տարածաշրջանում մնացել է միայնակ, և որ միակ զսպաշապիկը Ռուսաստանն է, եթե այն դուրս մղեն ապա Թուրքիայի ձեռքերն ազատ կլինեն իր դարավոր երազանքն իրագործելու համար։

Փաստացի, Արևմուտքը Հայաստանին մղում է նոր պատերազմի, իր սեփական շահերն առաջ մղելու համար, իսկ գործող իշխանությունները դարձել են Արևմուտքի խամաճիկը։
