Մարտի 13-ին և 14-ին տեղի է ունեցել «Իմ քայլը» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի Հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի երկու արտահերթ նիստ՝ օրակարգում ունենալով հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահի և գործադիր տնօրենի փոփոխության հարցերը:

Առաջին արտահերթ նիստով հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի անդամների միաձայն որոշմամբ Խորհրդի նախագահ է ընտրվել ՀՀ բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության նախարար Մխիթար Հայրապետյանը:

Մարտի 14-ի նիստում քննարկվել է հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրենի փոփոխության հարցը: Հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահի առաջարկությամբ և խորհրդի մյուս անդամների միաձայն որոշմամբ Հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրեն է նշանակվել Աննա Հակոբյանը:

Տեղեկացնենք, որ Աննա Հակոբյանը մինչ հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրեն նշանակվելը սեփական դիմումի համաձայն դուրս էր եկել Հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի կազմից և այդպիսով նաև թողել է խորհրդի նախագահի պաշտոնը:

«Մխիթար Հայրապետյանի նախարար նշանակվելուց հետո «Իմ քայլը» հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի կողմից հաստատված ծրագրերի անխափան իրագործումը և հիմնադրամի հետագա բնականոն գործունեությունն առավել արդյունավետ ապահովելու համար անհրաժեշտ է, որ ստանձնեմ հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրենի պարտականությունները՝ թողնելով Հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահի պաշտոնը և դուրս գալով Հոգաբարձուների խորհրդից: Տնօրենի կարգավիճակն ինձ հնարավորություն կտա ավելի շատ ժամանակ տրամադրել ծրագրերի իրագործմանը և այս մոդելի փորձարկումը հիմնադրամին նոր լիցք տալու նպատակ ունի նաև: Սա մեր գործերի տեսանելիությունը, հաշվետվողականությունն ու թափանցիկությունն ապահովելու լրացուցիչ գործոն կդառնա։ Շնորհակալ եմ հիմնադրամի Հոգաբարձուների խորհրդին այս տեսլականը կիսելու, գործադիր տնօրենի  կարգավիճակն ինձ վստահելու և Մխիթար Հայրապետյանին՝ հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահությունը ստանձնելու համար: Ընթացիկ ծրագրերի արդյունավետ իրագործումն ապահովելուն զուգընթաց կփորձենք ռազմավարական նոր ծրագրեր մեկնարկել: Կրկին շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում հիմնադրամի բոլոր նվիրատուներին»,-  Հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահի և անդամի կարգավիճակը  թողնելը և հիմնադրամի տնօրեն նշանակվելն այսպես է մեկնաբանել  Աննա Հակոբյանը:
