Ո՞ւր կորավ Միհրան Պողոսյանի «800 միլիոն դոլարը»

Թե նախկինում, թե այժմ հասարակությանը ստերով և «ահասարսուռ» թվերով «կերակրելու» օրինակների պակաս չկա. իրական խնդիրների փոխարեն հասարակության միտքը տարբեր լեգենդներով զբաղեցնելով` մշտապես փորձ է արվել կոծկել իրական խնդիրները։ Օրինակ, հայաստանյան իշխանությունները տարիներ շարունակ փորձում էին փչել ու միս ու արյուն տալ նախկինում լրատվականների կողմից փչված և հրապարակ նետված լեգենդին` ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր, ԴԱՀԿ պետ Միհրան Պողոսյանի օֆշորային միլիոնների մասին, սակայն ձախողվել է։ 

Ժամանակին Պողոսյանի գրասենյակը հայտարարություն է տարածել՝ պատասխանելով ՀՔԾ տարածած հայտարարությանը` իր հաշիվներին 800 միլիոն դոլար ունենալու վերաբերյալ։ 

Տարիներ շարունակ տիրաժավորվող «Օֆշորային» սկանդալի գործով հետաքնություն իրականացվել է թե նախկին իշխանությունների օրոք, թե այժմ, սակայն տարիներով ձգված քննչական գործողությունների շրջանակներում որևէ հանցակազմ չէր հայտնաբերվել։

Տևական ժամանակ հասարակությանը հրամցվում էր, թե «օֆշորային» գործարքների արդյունքում Միհրան Պողոսյանի հաշիվների վրա հարյուր միլիոնավոր դոլարների, ավելի ստույգ` շուրջ 800 միլիոն դոլար գումար է նստեցվել, մինչդեռ միջազգային այդ նույն բանկը, որի միջոցով իբր արվել էին այդ գործարքները, հերքել էր այս տեղեկատվությունը։ Առարկայական այս փաստը, սակայն, ևս անտեսվել էր։ 

Իսկ ո՞ւր կորավ տարիներով թմբկահարվող 800 միլիոն դոլարը, այսինքն, տեսնելով, որ «օֆշորային» հաշիվների և 800 միլիոն դոլարի տեղեկությունը ոչ մի կերպ չի ապացուցվում, հետագայում ՀՀ իշխանությունների կողմից առաջադրվեց մի քանի միլիոն դրամի վատնման մեկ այլ, ծիծաղելի մեղադրանք։ Հասկանալի է, որ «դարի օֆշորային սկանդալ» հռչակված հեքիաթը հերքվելուց հետո սա Պողոսյանին ամեն գնով մեղադրանք առաջադրելու նպատակ ուներ` առնվազն որևէ պատրվակով կալանքի տանելու «առաքելությամբ», այնպես, ինչպես արեցին իշխանությունների հետ հակադիր բևեռներում գտնվող շատ գերծիչների նկատմամբ։

Հիմա, երբ այս միֆերը հերթականությամբ փլուզվում են, հասարակությունը իրավունք ունի՞ հաշիվ պահանջելու, թե հանուն ինչի տարիներ շարունակ իր շուրջը ձևավորվեցին այս ստի կայսրությունները։
