Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների դեմ սահմանադրական ճանապարհով արդյունավետ պայքար մղելու համար անհրաժեշտ են ինստիտուցիոնալ կառույցներ՝ զինվորական կարգապահությամբ, որպեսզի հնարավոր լինի արագ և վճռական արձագանքել փաշինյանական իշխանության բոլոր ապօրինություններին։

44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո ստեղծված իրավիճակում հանրությունն ակնհայտորեն հույսը դրել էր խորհրդարանական գործող ընդդիմության վրա՝ ակնկալելով, որ նրանց կհաջողվի երկրի ղեկից հեռացնել այս իշխանություններին և սկսել իրական փոփոխությունները։ Ցավոք, դա տեղի չունեցավ, ինչ-ինչ պատճառներից ելնելով ընդդիմությանը չհաջողվեց տապալել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կառավարությունն ընտրությունների միջոցով, իսկ խորհրդարանում մեծամասնություն ստացած «Քաղաքացիական պայմանգիրը» շարունակեց իր հակահայկական քաղաքականությունը։

Այսօր ստեղծվել է մի իրավիճակ, երբ բազմաթիվ կուսակցություններ հայտ են ներկայացնում առաջնորդելու հանրային պայքարը, այնինչ խանգարում են իրական հնարավորություն ունեցող ուժին։

«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժումն ապրիլի 5-ից սկսած գործելու է նաև ինստիտուցիոնալ կառույցով. այդ օրը «Արմենիա Մարիոթ» հյուրանոցում տեղի կունենա «Համահայկական ճակատ» կուսակցության հիմնադիր համագումարը, որի նախաձեռնող խմբի ղեկավարը Հովհաննես Շահինյանն է։

«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ Արշակ Կարապետյանն իր ուղերձում նշել է, որ համանուն կուսակցության հիմնադրումով շարժումը չի դադարում գոյություն ունենալ, ընդհակառակը՝ Արշակ Կարապետյանը պահպանելու և զարգացնելու է երկու կառույցների ուժն ու հզորությունը։ Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ Արշակ Կարապետյանը, կուսակցության հիմնադիր համագումարին կներկայացնի իր տեսլականը կուսակցության հետագա գործունեության, փաշինյանական իշխանությունների դեմ կազմակերպված պայքար մղելու վերաբերյալ։ Համագումարին բազմաթիվ մարդիկ են մասնակցելու՝ այդ թվում նաև «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժմանն անդամակցող։ Մի շարք կուսակցություններ արդեն իսկ հայտարարել են շարժմանն անդամակցելու մասին, բոլոր այդ կուսակցությունները պահպանելու են իրենց կազմակերպչական ձևը, լինելու են շարժման ակտիվ անդամներ։ «Համահայկական ճակատ» կուսակցությունն այլ կառույց է, այն ինստիտուցիոնալ բնույթ է հաղորդելու պայքարին։ Ինչպես գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանն է նշում, հայտնի վերլուծաբանների, քաղաքական դեմքերի հետ խորհրդակցությունների արդյունքում է հանգել այս անհրաժեշտությանը։

Գործող իշխանություններն արդեն իսկ մտահոգված են «Համահայկական ճակատ» կուսակցության ստեղծմամբ, մեր տեղեկություններով՝ քայլեր են ձեռնարկում համագումարը վիժեցնելու, հնարավոր մասնակիցներին ահաբեկելու ուղղությամբ, մինչդեռ չեն հասկանում, որ ի տարբերություն իրենց ծանոթ ընդդիմադիր ուժերի, գեներալի գլխավորած ուժը, որտեղ բազմաթիվ ազատամարտիկներ, հայտնի մարդիկ են, ո՛չ ընկրկելու է, ո՛չ վախենալու։

Ապրիլի 5-ից հետո ակնհայտորեն Հայաստանում քաղաքական նոր իրողություն է ստեղծվելու։
