Ապրիլի 5-ին տեղի ունեցավ «Համահայկական ճակատ» կուսակցության հիմնադիր համագումարը։ Կուսակցությունը հիմնադրվում է «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման ղեկավար Արշակ Կարապետյանի և իր համախոհների կողմից։

«Համահայկական ճակատ» կուսակցության հիմնադիր համագումարի ընթացքում Արշակ Կարապետյանի կողմից ներկայացվեցին կուսակցության նպատակներն ու մեր երկրի առաջ ծառացած անվտանգային հարցերը։ «Ինչ է նշանակում երկրի ղեկավարը գնում է գյուղացուն հարցնում է, թե հող կտա՞ս, թե չես տա, որ վաղն էլ ասի՝ տեսաք դուք չտվեցիք, դրա համար կռիվ սկսվեց, հիմա էլ կգցի գյուղացիների վրա։ Ինչ վերաբերում է գերիներին, հավատացեք, մենք այստեղ աշխատում ենք, անպայման մեր գերիներին, բոլորին հետ ենք բերելու»,- ասել է գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանը:

Իր ելույթում գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանը գործող կառավարությանը մեղադրել է ապաշնորհության մեջ, ինչը երկիրը մոտեցրել է անվերադարձության կետին։ Այդ գործընթացը պետք է կանգնեցնել, այլապես անխուսափելի են նոր կորուստները, զրկանքներն ու տեղահանությունները։

«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման ղեկավար Արշակ Կարապետյանն անդրադարձել է նաև 2020 թվականին տեղի ունեցած պատերազմին․ «Դեռևս 2018 թվականին ես զեկուցեցի, որ մեկ երկու տարում հնարավոր է սկսվի պատերազմ և մենք այդ պատերազմում հնարավոր է պարտվենք։ Դա զեկուցվել է, որի համար առաջարկություն է արվել ձեռնարկել համապատասխան միջոցներ։ Միջոցներից մեկը եղել է՝ Ադրբեջանին թույլ չտալ նույնիսկ մտածել պատերազմի մասին, քանի որ ինքը պետք է ունենար ներքին խնդիրներ։ Այս նպատակով հենց իր որոշմամբ ստեղծվել էր հանձնաժողով, մշակվել էր լուրջ փաստաթուղթ և իրենք փաստաթուղթը քննարկելով որոշեցին՝ Ադրբեջանն իրենց պետք է կայուն, ուժեղ, իսկ Ալիևը պետք է լինի այդ երկրի ղեկավարը»։

Արշակ Կարապետյանը համագումարի ներկաներին վստահեցրել է, որ Հայաստանը բանակցությունները պետք է սկսի միայն երրորդ երկրի երաշխիքի ներքո։ Ըստ Արշակ Կարապետյանի` դա կարող է լինել Ռուսաստանը, արտաքին քաղաքականության մեջ էլ առաջին հերթին անհրաժեշտ է վերականգնել հարաբերություններն այդ երկրի հետ։

«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման ղեկավար Արշակ Կարապետյանը համագումարի ներկաներին առաջարկեց ստեղծել Ազգային հպարտության տրիբունալ:
