Բրյուսելյան հանդիպման ձախողումից հետո «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրում» տարաձայնությունները սրվել են։ Հատկապես, այս օրերին, քննարկվում է, որ ՔՊ-ն պլան «Բ» ունի, թե ինչ պետք է անի այս պարագայում։ Իշխող ուժի ներկայացուցիչները հասկանում են, որ լրջագույն խնդիրների են բախվելու թե՛ հասարակության հետ շփումներում, թե՛ քաղաքական դաշտում, ուստի, ընդհուպ քննարկում են Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին պաշտոնանկ անելու և նրան որևէ այլ ՔՊ-ականով փոխարինելու հնարավորությունը։

Այս պայմաններում կրկին ակտիվացել են «Քաղպայմանագրում» գործող տարատեսակ խմբերն ու կլանները, որոնք սեփական թեկնածուներին են առաջ մղում։ Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ Փաշինյանն ինքը հասկանում է նման հնարավորությունը, բայց առայժմ որևէ քննարկում կողմնակիցների հետ չի արել, փորձում է տեսնել, թե ո՞վ ավելի ակտիվ կլինի իր կենտրոնախույզ ձգտումներում՝ նրան առաջինը պատժելու նպատակով։

Չի բացառվում, որ առաջիկայում նոր քրեական գործեր հարուցվեն տարբեր ՔՊ-ականների և նրանց ընտանիքների անդամների նկատմամբ, ինչպես դա տեղի ունեցավ, օրինակ, Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանի դեպքում, երբ վերջինիս պատժելու նպատակով քրեական գործ հարուցվեց եղբոր կնոջ նկատմամբ, և երիտասարդ կնոջը որոշ ժամանակ պահեցին կալանքի տակ։

«Քաղպայմանագրում» առայժմ դժգոհությունները հայտնում են շշուկների մակարդակով, որևէ մեկը «խելքը հացի հետ չի կերել», որպեսզի բացահայտ իր դժգոհությունը հայտնի հենց Փաշինյանի երեսին, բայց այն, որ «Քաղպայմանագրում» առաջիկայում լուրջ խմորումներ և խնդիրներ են ծագելու, որևէ կասկած չի հարուցվում, ավելին, որոշները նույնիսկ փորձել են կապվել ընդդիմության հետ և հայտնել, թե իրենք չեն կիսում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մոտեցումները` երկրի համար առանցքային հարցերում։
