Հրայր Կամենդատյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.

Ոսկեպար։Գաղտնիք չէ,որ ՀՀ մեդիա դաշտում ցանկացած թողարկում հարևան սուլթանատի համապատասխան ծառայությունների կողմից ենթարկվում է մշտադիտարկման։Ավելի քան վստահ եմ,որ որ հայանպաստ ցանկացած նախաձեռնություն ,մասնակիցների թեզերով հանդերձ ուսումնասիրվում է,գտնելու համար ամենահեշտ տարբերակը,սողանքը,որպեսզի առավելագույն վնաս հասցվի մեր երկրին։Նախաձեռնությունները կարող են լինել երկու տիպի,առաջինը դա իշխանության գլխի նախաձեռնությունն է,որով Ալիեվի հետ սինխրոն գործող քպ պարագլուխը փորձեց արագի մեջ,կայծակնային արագությամբ Ադրբեջանին հանձնել պատմական Հայաստանի Գարդմանաց,Ուտյաց աշխարհների էլի մի կտոր,եվ դրա դեմ ոչինչ չպահանջելով եվ չստանալով ոչ մի խոստում,կամ բարի կամքի դրսևորում։Երկրորդ նախաձեռնությունը Ոսկեպարցիների եվ ՀՀ հայրենասեր քաղաքացիներինն էր,որոնք ոչ ասեցին Երևանում կառավարական կաբինետում ծվարած դավաճանի նոր քայլին։Դարեր շարունակ Ոսկեպարի եկեղեցում մեր տիրոջն աղոթք ուղղող տավուշեցիներին մի սինլքոր համոզում է,որ այդ տարածքները ադրբեջանական են։Դրան եվ իր ձայնակից շեյթաններին պետք է ընդամենը հիշեցնել,որ Անդրկովկասում առաջին թուրք օղուզը հայտնվել է 1054 թվականին Տուղրիլ բեկ թուրքմենի արշավանքով։Իսկ Ոսկեպարի եկեղեցու հիմնադրման դարը յոթերորդն է։Նույնիսկ սաղմնային պատմական գիտելիք ունեցող անձը հասկանում է ,որ չորս դար հետո մեր պատմական տարածքում հայտնված թուրք օղուզը ոչ մի իրավունք չունի Ուտիք աշխարհի և ոչ մի բնակավայրի վրա,չկա նման բան եվ այդ թեզը ԱԺ -ում մկկացող շեյթանները չունեն ոչ մի հիմնավորում,եվ նրանց գործն ու խոսքը միմիայն իլխամ հուշարձանիչի պատվերն է։Ինչ ունենք այս պահին։Հայրենասերների նախաձեռնության շնորհիվ սինխրոն գործող հայ դավաճանները եվ իլխամը չեն հաջողել եվ ոտքի վրա տարածք հանձնելը տապալվել է։Ուստի հիշեք մեր սիրելի հայ ժողովուրդ,մեզ տեսնում եվ լսում են ամենուր եվ մենք ամուր պետք է կանգնենք պատմական Հայաստանի ամեն կտորի համար։Մենք պատմություն մոռացող եվ իրականում զոմբի դարձող հանրություն չենք,եվ երբեք չի կարող Չինգիզ Այթմատովի նկարագրած մանկուրտը լինել մեր նկարագիրը։Եթե չեք կարդացել այդ ստեղծագործությունը,ապա հիշեցնեմ,որ գլխավոր հերոսը սափրելուց հետո գառան կաշի գլխին քաշելու արդյունքում մոռանում եվ անգամ նետահարում է իր մորը։Որպես վերջաբան։Հարգելի հայ ժողովուրդ ,տեր լինենք մեր պատմական եվ իրական տարածքներին,եվ դրանց միջև չկա ոչ մի մետրի տարբերություն։Ոսկեպարը,Տավուշը կան եվ կլինեն հայկական։
