Նենգաբար
Մենք երեկվանից քննարկում ենք՝ ինչ թուղթ հրապարակվեց, որ միտքը ինչ է նշանակում։ Բայց նույնքան կարևոր է արձանագրել, թե ինչպես դա եղավ։ Մեկ բառով՝ նենգաբար։
ՄԵԿ հոգին նախօրեին այցելելով Տավուշի գյուղեր, ըստ էության, մարդկանց խաբել է՝ տարբեր տեղեր տարբեր կցկտուր բաներ ասելով, հասարակ մարդկանց մոլորեցրել է։ Մինչ աշխատել է « մեր տղան է, մեր հող ու ջրի տղեն ա, հո վատ բան չի անի » կենցաղային նարատիվը, որն ուժեղացնում էին ուղարկվող միսիոներները, նա ադեն գիտեր, թե «ինչ է անելու իր հող ու ջրի հետ», այնպես, ինչպես Պրահայում գիտեր, թե ինչ է լինելու Արցախի հետ։
Առանձին թեմա է Մհեր Գրիգորյանը, որը իր վրա վերցրեց պատմական ստորագրություն։ Եվ հիմա լուրջ հարցեր են ձևավորվում ուղղված նրան։
Ինչ վերաբերում է երեկվանից Հ1-ով ու մյուս հարթակներով միակողմանի զիջումները որպես մեծ հաջողություն ներակայացնոց ՔՊ-ականներին, ապա սա իր հերթին առանձին թեմա է։
Տոտալիտար աղանդներում ղեկավարը (քարոզիչը) և հետևորդները սովորաբար ունենում են տարբեր շահեր, պատկերացումներ և հեռանկար։ Այն, ինչը կա ՄԵԿ հոգու պլաններում ակնհայտորեն հասու չէ իր խմբակցությանը և թիմակիցներին։ Բայց միառժամանակ անում են նույն գործը։ ՄԵԿ հոգին անշուշտ գնալու է, բայց չեմ բացառում, որ նա ուզում է գնալ Հայաստանը դժոխքի վերածած պահին։ Իսկ, արդյոք, սեկտայի շարքերը և տարբեր աստիճանի մենեջները սա լավ են հասկանում։
Փաստն այն է, որ երեկվա փաստաթուղթը ծնվեց նենգաբար. այն պահին, երբ գնում էին իրական հանրային քննարկումներ, ձևակերպվում են շատ լուրջ առաջարկներ, որոնք Հայաստանի դիրքերը կուժեղացնեին։ Ինչո՞ւ այդպես արվեց. Այն պատճառով, որ ՆՐԱՆ պետք էր ոչ թե Հայաստանի դիրքերի ուժեղացում, այլ վաղօրոք ստվերում համաձայնեցված պլանի իրականացում։
Արձանագրենք նաև, որ դժվար պահին հանրությունը համախմբելու փոխարեն իշխանությունը գնաց հանրությունը պառակտելու ճանապարհով։ Բայց նման բան սովորաբար անում է թշնամու իշխանությունը։
ՈՒ նաև հարգելի « արևմտամետներ» չեք զարմանում, թե ինչու է Արևմուտքը այդքան արագ ողջունում Հայաստանի զիջումները։ Իսկ գուցե Բրյուսելներում հենց դա էր համաձայնեցվում ՝զիջումներ, գովասանքի դիմաց։
