Տավուշի մարզում տեղի ունեցող բողոքի ակցիաները չափազանց հետաքրքիր օրինաչափություն ունեն։ Նախկինում, եթե նման ակցիաներ կազմակերպում և իրականացնում էին ընդդիմության ներկայացուցիչները, այս անգամ հիմնական կազմակերպչի, ժողովրդի և ոստիկանության միջև պատնեշի դերը կատարում է Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցին։

Տավուշի թեմի առաջնորդ Բագրատ արքեպիսկոպոս Գալստանյանը դարձել է Տավուշի դիմադրության խորհրդանիշը, ուստի զարմանալի չէ, որ փաշինյանական վարչախմբի ներկայացուցիչները և հարակից սպասարկուները որպես իրենց գլխավոր թիրախ ընտրել են հենց Բագրատ արքեպիսկոպոս Գալստանյանին, ընդհուպ՝ իշխանությանը մերձ լրատվամիջոցներով կեղծիքներ են տարածում՝ իբր Բագրատ արքեպիսկոպոսը ռուսական գործակալ է։ Նման բանի որևէ ապացույց ունենալու դեպքում վստահաբար իշխանությունը չէր վարանի և վաղուց կհրապարակեր։

Ըստ էության, ցանկացած կեղծիք և ապատեղեկատվություն, որ տարածում է իշխանությունը, պարզ կեղծիք է։

Փաշինյանը տիրապետում է ԱԱԾ-ին էլ, բոլոր տեղեկություններին էլ, և կասկած չկա, որևէ մեկի մասին որևէ վատ բան իմանալու դեպքում, անհապաղ կհրապարակեին ամեն ինչ։

Բագրատ արքեպիսկոպոս Գալստանյանը հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու նվիրյալ առաջնորդներից է և 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո պայքարում է ոչ միայն Տավուշի մարզի, այլ նաև Հայաստանի Հանրապետության համար, ուստի, և զարմանալի չէ, որ տարատեսակ աղանդավորներով լծված փաշինյանական վարչախմբի գլխավոր թիրախներից մեկն է դարձել։
