Ալմա-Աթայի հռչակագիրն իրականում հօգուտ Ադրբեջանի է, իսկ գործող վարչախումբն այդ փաստաթուղթը շրջում է մեր դեմ և կատարում թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի բոլոր պահանջները․ Արշակ Կարապետյան

Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները շարունակում են սահամնազատումն իրականացնել այսպես կոչված Ալմա-Աթայի հռչակագրի հիման վրա։

Փաշինյանն ամեն ինչ անում է հանրության շրջանում տպավորություն ստեղծելու, որ Ալմա-Աթայի հռչակագիրը բալասան է Հայաստանի ցավերի համար, ընդ որում ինքն էլ հստակ գիտակցելով, որ Ալմա-Աթայի հռչակագրում որևէ քարտեզ նշված չէ, ուստի ցանկացած պահի այդ հռչակագիրը կարող է ուղղվել Հայաստանի դեմ, իսկ սահմանազատումը դրանով միայն օրինականացնելու է Ադրբեջանի պահանջները։

Երեկ Երևանում «ՎԶԵԲ» համաժողովի ընթացքում Փաշինյանը կրկին հայտարարել է, թե՝ «Միմյանց տարածքային ամբողջականությունը Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը Պրահայում պայմանավորվել են ճանաչել 1991 թվականի Ալմա-Աթայի հռչակագրի հիման վրա։ Այդ հռչակագիրը ստորագրել են նախկին Խորհրդային Միության 12 հանրապետությունները»,- նշել է Փաշինյանը և հավելել, թե՝ «Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև սահմանազատման գործընթացն այս օրերին մեկնարկել է և պետք է դառնա այն գործիքներից մեկը, որ Հայաստանին ու Ադրբեջանին կսովորեցնի խաղաղ ապրել»։

Անընդհատ հանրությանն ահաբեկելու նոր պատերազմի հեռանկարով՝ Փաշինյանը միակողմանի զիջումներ է իրականացնում, իսկ հանրության մի ստվար զանգված շարունակում է լռելյայն հետևել երկրի ղեկավարի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնողի ոչ հայանպաստ գործողություններին։

Օրերս, նախկին մի խումբ դիվանագետներ հայտնել են, որ սահմանազատման և սահմանագծման հիմքում Ալմա-Աթայի հռչակագիրը դնելու գործողությունը հակասահմանադրական է և քրեորեն պատժելի արարք, փաստարկել, որ գործող իշխանությունները միակողմանի զիջումներով ընդամենը լեգիտիմացնում են Ադրբեջանի պահանջները, որևէ դրական ելք դրանից հնարավոր չի ստանալ, ընդհակառակը, Ադրբեջանին առաջիկայում հնարավորություն է տալու նոր պատերազմ սանձազերծել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դեմ։

«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանն իր վերջին հարցազրույցում նշում է, թե Ալմա-Աթայի հռչակագիրը շրջանառել է Ադրբեջանը, որովհետև այդ փաստաթուղթն իրականում հօգուտ Ադրբեջանի է։ Այդ փաստաթղթով նշանակում է, որ մեր 30 տարվա պայքարը չպետք է լինի շարունակական։

«Չեմ լսել, որ նախկին Խորհրդային երկրների մեջ ինչ-որ բանակցություններում մեջբերվի այդ փաստաթուղթը, մեր պատմության մեջ շատ փաստաթղթեր կան և միայն այդ մեկն է հօգուտ Ադրբեջանի»,- նշում է Արշակ Կարապետյանը՝ հավելելով, որ ադրբեջանական կողմն է պարտադրել այդ փաստաթուղթը Նիկոլ Փաշինայնին և նա ընդունել է, հիմա էլ հիմնավորում է, որ դա հրաշալի փաստաթուղթ է։

Իրականում, ըստ Արշակ Կարապետյանի, գործող վարչախումբն այդ փաստաթուղթը շրջում է մեր դեմ և կատարում թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի բոլոր պահանջները։
