Վերջին օրերին չափազանց ուշագրավ իրադարձություններ են տեղի ունեցել Հայաստանում և Հայաստանի շուրջ։

Հիշեցնենք, նախօրեին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, ապա և անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանն ընդունել էին աշխատանքային այցով Հայաստանում գտնվող ԱՄՆ կենտրոնական հետախուզական վարչության փոխտնօրեն Դեյվիդ Քոյենին։

Ամերիկյան դեսանտի Հայաստանում հայտնվելու վերաբերյալ հաղորդվեց պաշտոնապես, ընդ որում տարօրինակ է, որ Հայաստանի ղեկավարը լինելով ՀԱՊԿ, ԵԱՏՄ անդամ, պարբեաբար հանդիպումներ է ունենում ոչ միայն ԱՄՆ ԿՀՎ ներկայացուցիչների, այլև բրիտանական «ՄԻ 6» հատուկ ծառայության ղեկավարի հետ պաշտոնապես և ոչ պաշտոնապես, ուստի ԿՀՎ փոխտնօրենի ընդունումը կարելի է «նոնսենս» համարել։

Ռուսական հավաստի աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ այս օրերին Հայաստանում է գտնվել նաև ՌԴ նախագահի օգնական, անվտանգության խորհրդի նախկին քարտուղար Նիկոլայ Պատրուշևը, որը փակ հանդիպումներ է ունեցել, եղել է Գյումրիի ռազմակայանում։

Ըստ նույն այդ աղբյուրների՝ Պատրուշևը Հայաստան է ժամանալ ներկայացուցչական մի պատվիրակության հետ, որի կազմում եղել են հատուկ ծառայությունների բարձրաստիճան ներկայացուցիչներ։

Թե ինչո՞վ է պայմանավորված, որ ԱՄՆ ԿՀՎ և Ռուսաստանի հատուկ ծառայությունների ներկայացուցիչները միաժամանակ գտնվել են Հայաստանում, առայժմ հայտնի չէ, ընդ որում երկու երկրները, հիշեցնենք, բավականին ծանր մրցակցության մեջ են ոչ միայն Հայաստանի, այլ նաև Ուկրաինայի համար։

Արդյոք նրանց այցերը պայմանավորված է տարածաշրջանում սպասվող իրադարձություններով, հանդիպել են իրար հետ ինչ-որ խաղի կանոններ մշակել, մնում է զուտ վերլուծական եզրահանգումների տիրույթում։

Փաստն այն է, որ Հայաստանը գտնվում է թե՛ արևմտյան և թե՛ ռուսական հատուկ ծառայությունների մանրազննին ուշադրության կենտրոնում։
