Կիրանցում իսկական մարդկային ողբերգություն է ծավալվում։ Ոստիկանությունն ու ԱԱԾ-ն փակել են Կիրանց տանող բոլոր մուտքերը, իսկական տերորի են ենթարկում գյուղացիներին՝ սահամանազատման գործընթացն Ադրբեջանի պահանջներով իրականացնելու համար։

Երեկ օրվա ընթացքում մի քանի միջադեպեր են եղել, երբ Ադրբեջանին անցնող մի քանի տների և խանութների սեփականատերեր ստիպված են եղել քանդել իրենց ունեցվածքը, որպեսզի այն թշնամու ձեռքում չհայտնվի։ Մի քանի դեպքերում էլ ոստիկանությունն է միջամտել, որպեսզի բանը ծեծկռտուքի և ողբերգության չհասնի։

Գործող իշխանությունները ահաբեկում են կիրանցիներին, պարտադրում կատարել իրենց ապօրինի հրահանգները, իսկ գյուղացիները մեն–մենակ են մնացել թշնամու և թշնամուն ծառայող վարչախմբի դեմ։

Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունն էլ այսօր առավոտյան հայտարարել է, թե պաշտոնապես ստանձնում է պետական սահմանի՝ Տավուշի մարզի Բերքաբեր բնակավայրի, Ոսկեպար և Բաղանիս բնակավայրերի հատվածների պահպանությունը։ Պետական սահմանի՝ Կիրանցի բնակավայրի մոտ 6 կմ հատվածի պահպանությունը մինչև հուլիսի 24-ը կիրականացվի անցումային սխեմայով։ Նույն տարամբանությամբ Ադրբեջանի կողմից էլ պահպանությունն իրականացվելու է Ադրբեջանի պետական սահմանապահ ծառայության ստորաբաժանումների կողմից։

Հայաստանյան ընդդիմությունը բազմիցս նշել է, որ Ադրբեջանը սահմանապահների անվան տակ և նրանց համազգեստով գրոհային զորքեր է տեղակայում լավ դիրքեր զբաղեցնելու և հնարավոր ռազմական էսկալացիայի դեպքում իր խնդիրներն ավելի արագ լուծելու համար։

Հայաստանի իշխանություններին այս հանգամանքն առանձնապես չի էլ հետաքրքրում։
