Հայաստանի ոստիկանական համակարգը վերջին օրերին ավելի ու ավելի շատ է բիրտ ուժ կիրառում ընդդիմության՝ «Տավուշը հանուն հայրենիքի» շարժման ներկայացուցիչների նկատմամբ։

Երեկվա օրն էլ բացառություն չի եղել, երբ Բագրատ արքեպիսկոպոս Գալստանյանն իր կողմնակիցների հետ շրջափակել էր կառավարության շենքը։ Իրավապահները ոչ միայն ֆիզիկական ուժ են կիրառել ցուցարարների նկատմամբ այլ նաև վիրավորանքներ հասցրել ընդհուպ պատգամավորներին, լրագրողներին, քաշքշել, գետնին նետել տարեց մարդկանց։

Այն, որ ոստիկանությունը երբեք էլ աչքի չի ընկել զանգվածային միջոցառումների ժամանակ օրենքը պահելու հատկություններով՝ հայտնի է տասնամյակներ շարունակ, բայց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի պաշտոնավարման վերջին շրջանում «իրավապահ» համակարգն ընդհանրապես կորցրել է բոլոր արգելանքները և տեղին ու անտեղի հարձակումներ է գործում մարդկանց վրա, ձերբակալում, բռնաճնշումների ենթարկում, ժամեր շարունակ բերման ենթարկում, քաշքշում, մարմնական վնասվածքներ հասցնում։

Ոստիկանական համակարգում այսպես կոչված «բարեփոխումներից» հետո, ակնհայտ էր, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը սեփական հրոսակներ է ստեղծում, ընդ որում ոստիկանություն ընդունելով անկիրթ, անձնական կյանքում խնդիրներ ունեցող և օրենք չիմացող անձանց, որոնց ավելի հեշտ է ղեկավարել և «քսի» տալ քաղաքական ընդդիմախոսների վրա։

Այս ամենն առաջին հերթին հենց խոսում է ոստիկանության պահպանության օբյեկտի՝ այն է՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և նրա թիմի վախերի մասին։ Իշխանության կորստի մտորումներն այնքան ծանր են գործող վարչախմբի համար, որ նրանք պատրաստ են ընդհուպ հատել բոլոր կարմիր գծերը՝ պարտադրելով համազգեստ հագած անձանց ամենավերջին ապօրինությունները կատարել, մյուս կողմից էլ ոստիկանությունն այնպիսի համակարգ է, որտեղ աշխատող սպաները պետք է պատիվ ունենան և հրաժարվեն կատարել ապօրինի հրամանները։

Թե ինչպե՞ս է Փաշինյանին հաջողվել այս քանակի ոստիկաններին դարձնել իր հլու կամակատարները, թերևս պարզ է, ահաբեկումների, պարգևատրումների և այլ ազդման միջոցների օգնությամբ։

Տարիներ շարունակ նույն Փաշինյանը մեղադրում էր ոստիկանությանը քաղաքական ընդդիմախոսների նկատմամբ բռնություններ գործադրելու համար, այսօր ինքն է առանց երկմտելու ոստիկաններին հրամայում հարձակվել իր ընդդիմախոսների դեմ, ինչը վկայում է նրա ահաբեկված լինելու մասին։

«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանի գնահատմամբ՝ Փաշինյանն այլևս իշխանություն չունի Հայաստանում և միայն երկիրը բռնապետություն դարձնելու ճանապարհով է կարողանում երկարաձգել իր իշխանությունը, այլ որևէ տարբերակ և հանրային աջակցություն նա չունի և չի էլ կարող ունենալ, եղածն էլ օրեցօր կորցնում է։

Ըստ Կարապետյանի Փաշինյանը շահեկան ղեկավար է Արևմուտքի համար Ռուսաստանի դեմ իր բոլոր ծրագրերն իրագործելու համար, իսկ հայ ժողովրդի համար՝ դրսում թույլ, ներսում բռնապետ։
