Ադրբեջանը մտադիր չէ պայմանագիր կնքել և նոր պահանջներ է քաշում

Ադրբեջանն ամենևին մտադրություն չունի խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքելու Հայաստանի հետ, ավելին շարունակում են նոր և անիրականանալի պահանջներ ներկայացնել Հայաստանին, այդ կերպ հիմքեր ստեղծելով ռազմական նոր էսկալացիա սկսելու։

Արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանն օրերս Ազգային ժողովում հայտարարել էր, թե Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը էական խոչընդոտներ են տեսնում միմյանց սահմանադրություններում, սակայն այդ հանգամանքը չի կարող խոչընդոտել խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքելուն։

Միրզոյանի խոսքերը հերքել էր Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամովը, իսկ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը երեկ ավելի հեռուն է գնացել՝ հայտարարելով, թե անհնար է խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքել Բաքվի և Երևանի միջև, եթե Հայաստանի սահմանադրությունը մնա անփոփոխ։

Պնդելով, որ Ադրբեջանը երբևէ տարածքային պահանջներ չի ունեցել որևէ երկրի՝ այդ թվում Հայաստանի նկատմամբ, Ալիևն ասել է, որ հենց Հայաստանի սահմանադրության մեջ տարածքային պահանջներ կան Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ և պահանջել փոխել սահամանադրությունը։

Այս պահանջներն Ադրբեջանն անում է երկար ու ձիգ ամիսներ։ Սահմանադրության փոփոխության անհրաժեշտության մասին հայտարարել է նաև Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, սակայն դեռ չի խոստովանել, որ սահմանադրությունը փոփոխում է Ադրբեջանի պահանջներով։ Մյուս կողմից էլ, բնականաբար հասկանալի է, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիներից շատ քչերն են կողմ քվեարկելու սահմանադրական փոփոխություններին, առավել ևս Ալիևի պահանջով, ինչը նշանակում է, որ նույնիսկ հանրաքվե լինելու դեպքում այն ձախողվելու է՝ ազատ արձակելով Ադրբեջանի ձեռքերը։

Ադրբեջանի նախագահը նաև հայտարարել է, թե Հայաստանին առաջարկել են միասին դիմել ԵԱՀԿ՝ Մինսկի խումբը լուծարելու համար։ Ավելին, Ալիևը նշել է, որ թույլ չեն տալու, որ այն երբևէ գործի, իսկ, եթե Հայաստանը որոշի պահպանել Մինսկի խումբը, դա կնշանակի, որ նրա տարածքային պահանջներն Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ շարունակվում է։

Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները խնդիրներ ունեն, դժվար թե կարողանան պայմանավորվել խումբը փակելու շուրջ, առավել ևս, որ խմբի պահպանումը հենց բխում է հայկական կողմի շահերից, թե՛ հայկական կողմի, թե՛ համանախագահների շահերից։ Այս իրավիճակում էլ Ադրբեջանը փորձում է հերթական սադրանքը հրահրել ոչ միայն Հայաստանի, այլ նաև խմբի համանախագահների դեմ։
