«ՀայաՔվե» քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնությունը վճռականորեն դատապարտում է նախօրեին Բաղրամյան-Դեմիրճյան խաչմերուկում անզեն ցուցարարների հանդեպ կիրառված անհամաչափ բիրտ ուժը, այդ թվում` հատուկ միջոցների կիրառումը, ինչի հետևանքով տասնյակ քաղաքացիներ մարմնական վնասվածքներ են ստացել, ընդհուպ` անդամահատվել են:
Ծավալուն քննության առարկա պետք է դառնա, թե հատկապես ում հրամանով և ինչ պատճառաբանությամբ են հատուկ միջոցներ կիրառվել, և թե ինչու է դրանց կիրառումը նման ծանր հետևանքների հանգեցրել:
Ոստիկանության փոխարեն Հայաստանում անթաքույց սկսել է գործել կազմակերպված հանցավոր խումբ: Այն գործում է վարչախմբի պարագլխի ապօրինի ցուցումներով և բացառապես նպատակ է հետապնդում ահաբեկելու և խոշտանգելու խաղաղ ցուցարարներին:
Տասնյակ տեսանյութերն ու հարյուրավոր լուսանկարները վկայում են, որ ոստիկանական բանդաներն առանձնակի դաժանությամբ են բերման ենթարկել, ծեծել և հայհոյել ցուցարարներին, այդ թվում` ոստիկանական մեքենաներում, քաղաքացիների, այդ թվում` լրագրողների նկատմամբ թիրախային կերպով կիրառել են հատուկ միջոցներ:
