Եթե Կիևը հրաժարվի ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի առաջ քաշած առաջարկից, Ուկրաինայի համար խաղաղության պայմանագրի կնքման հաջորդ պայմանները, կլինեն ավելի բարդ ու կոշտ։ Այս մասին ՏԱՍՍ-ին տված հարցազրույցում ասել է ՌԴ Արտաքին հետախուզության ծառայության տնօրեն Սերգեյ Նարիշկինը։

«Հաջորդ պայմանները, որոնց դեպքում կարելի է հասնել խաղաղության և ինչ-որ խաղաղության պայմանագիր ստորագրել, Ուկրաինայի համար ավելի բարդ և կոշտ կլինեն»,- ասել է նա՝ պատասխանելով այն հարցին, թե ինչ կլինի Ուկրաինայի հետ, եթե խաղաղության նոր առաջարկը մերժվի։

Օրերս Պուտինը ներկայացրել էր Կիևի հետ բանակցություններ սկսելու և կրակը դադարեցնելու պայմանները, որոնք, սակայն, Կիևը մերժել է։

Ըստ Պուտինի՝ ուկրաինական զորքերը պետք է ամբողջությամբ դուրս բերվեն ինքնահռչակ Լուգանսկի և Դոնեցկի ժողովրդական հանրապետություններից, Խերսոնի և Զապորոժիեի մարզերից՝ վարչական սահմանների շրջանակում:

«Հենց որ սկսվի ուկրաինական զորքերի իրական դուրսբերումը, և Կիևը կհայտարարի ՆԱՏՕ-ին անդամակցությունից հրաժարվելու ծրագրերի մասին, Մոսկվան կրակի դադարեցման և բանակցություններ սկսելու հրաման կտա: Ընդ որում, Ռուսաստանը երաշխավորում է ուկրաինական ստորաբաժանումների և կազմավորումների անարգել և անվտանգ դուրսբերումն այդ տարածքներից: Ռուսաստանն այսօր հանդես է գալիս ևս մեկ իրական խաղաղության առաջարկով, բայց եթե Արևմուտքն ու Կիևը հրաժարվեն, արյունահեղության համար պատասխանատվությունը նրանցը կլինի», - ասել էր ՌԴ նախագահը:

Միևնույն ժամանակ, Պուտինն ընդգծել էր, որ խոսքը ոչ թե հակամարտության սառեցման, այլ դրա վերջնական ավարտի մասին է:

«Կոչ ենք անում շրջել պատմության ողբերգական էջը և աստիճանաբար վերականգնել հարաբերությունները Ուկրաինայի և Եվրոպայի հետ: Խաղաղ կարգավորման հիմնական համաձայնագրերը պետք է ամրագրվեն միջազգային պայմանագրերում: Բնականաբար, ակնկալվում է նաև Ռուսաստանի դեմ պատժամիջոցների վերացում: Միջազգային պայմանագրերում պետք է ամրագրվի Ղրիմի և Սևաստոպոլի, ԴԺՀ-ի և ԼԺՀ-ի, Զապորոժիեի և Խերսոնի շրջանների կարգավիճակը որպես ՌԴ շրջաններ։ Մեր սկզբունքային դիրքորոշումն է՝ Ուկրաինայի համար չեզոք, արտաբլոկային և ապամիջուկային կարգավիճակ, նրա ապառազմականացումն ու ապազգայնացումը», - եզրափակել էր Պուտինը:
