Փհենյանում մեկնարկել են ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի և Հյուսիսային Կորեայի առաջնորդ Կիմ Չեն Ընի բանակցությունները, որոնք ընթանում են պատվիրակությունների կազմով, հաղորդում է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին

Սա Պուտինի առաջին այցն է ԿԺԴՀ 2000 թվականից ի վեր։ Վաղ առավոտյան ՌԴ առաջնորդն իր հյուսիսկորեացի գործընկերոջ հետ ժամանել է Կիմ Իր Սենի հրապարակ, որտեղ տեղի է ունեցել դիմավորման հանդիսավոր արարողությունը, ինչից հետո Պուտինն ու Կիմ Չեն Ընը մեկնել են պետական նստավայր։

Ինչպես նշել է ՌԴ նախագահը հանդիպման մեկնարկին, բանակցությունների ընթացքում կստորագրվի «նոր հիմնարար փաստաթուղթ», որը կլինի ՌԴ-ի և ԿԺԴՀ-ի հարաբերությունների հիմքում:

«Անցյալ տարի Ռուսաստան կատարած Ձեր այցի արդյունքում մենք զգալիորեն առաջ շարժվեցինք այսօրվա մեր միջպետական կապերի կառուցման գործում։ Այսօր պատրաստվել է նոր հիմնարար փաստաթուղթ, որը երկարաժամկետ հեռանկարում մեր հարաբերությունների հիմքը կհանդիսանա», - նշել է Պուտինը։

Ռուսաստանի ղեկավարը հիշեցրել է, որ անցած տարի երկրները նշել են դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման 75-ամյակը, իսկ ընթացիկ տարում ՝ առաջին միջպետական փաստաթղթի՝ տնտեսական և մշակութային համագործակցության մասին համաձայնագրի կնքման 75-ամյակը:

«Ինչպես հայտնի է, այդ համաձայնագիրը ստորագրվել է ընկեր Կիմ Իր Սենի կողմից Մոսկվա կատարած նրա առաջին այցի ընթացքում»,- հիշեցրել է Ռուսաստանի ղեկավարը:

Պուտինը հույս է հայտնել, որ Կիմ Չեն Ինի հետ հաջորդ հանդիպումը կկայանա Մոսկվայում:

ՌԴ նախագահը նաև կիսվել է Փհենյանից ստացած իր տպավորություններով՝ նշելով, որ քաղաքը ավելի գեղեցիկ է դարձել․ «2000 թվականին իմ նախորդ այցից հետո Փհենյանում տեղի ունեցած փոփոխությունները տպավորիչ են։ Դա պարզապես նկատելի է... Հաճելի է դիտել այն, անկեղծ եմ ասում»։

Նշենք, որ ռուսական պատվիրակության կազմում են ՌԴ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը, առաջին փոխվարչապետ Դենիս Մանտուրովը, փոխվարչապետ Ալեքսանդր Նովակը, նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը, նախագահի միջազգային հարցերով օգնական Յուրի Ուշակովը, ԿԺԴՀ-ում ՌԴ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Ալեքսանդր Մացեգորան, պաշտպանության նախարար Անդրեյ Բելոուսովը, բնական պաշարների նախարար Ալեքսանդր Կոզլովը, առողջապահության նախարար Միխայիլ Մուրաշկոն, տրանսպորտի նախարար Ռոման Ստարովոյտը, պաշտպանության փոխնախարար Ալեքսեյ Կրիվորուչկոն, Ռուսական երկաթուղիների ղեկավար Օլեգ Բելոզերովը և Ռոսկոսմոսի ղեկավար Յուրի Բորիսովը։

Հյուսիսկորեական պատվիրակության կազմում ԿԺԴՀ առաջնորդից բացի ներառված են նաև վարչապետ Կիմ Դոկ Հունը, արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ցոյ Սոն Հին, Կորեայի Աշխատավորական կուսակցության կենտրոնական ռազմական կոմիտեի նախագահի տեղակալ Պակ Չոն Չհոնը, կուսակցության քարտուղար Չո Յոն Վոնը, կուսակցության Կենտրոնական ռազմական վարչության միջազգային բաժնի ղեկավար Կիմ Սոն Նամը և ԿԺԴՀ փոխարտգործնախարար Իմ Չհոն Իրը։
