ԱՄՆ-ն ու Ֆրանսիան հակասություններ ունե՞ն Հայաստանին զինելու հարցում

Հայաստանին զինելու հարցում ԱՄՆ-ն և Ֆրանսիան բավականին լուրջ տարաձայնություններ ունեն։ Մինչ Մակրոնը Հայաստան զենք է ուղարկում, ավելի սրելով հարաբերություններն Ադրբեջանի հետ, ԱՄՆ-ից քննադատություն է հնչում պաշտոնական Փարիզի այս գործողությունների դեմ՝ Հայաստանի զինումը նոր գրգռող տարր համարելով։

Մինսկի խմբի ամերիկացի նախկին համանախագահ Ջեյմս Ուորլիքը հայտարարել է, որ Հայաստանն իրավունք ունի պաշտպանվել և զենք գնել Ֆրանսիայից, կամ այլ երկրներից, բայց քանի որ կողմերը մոտ են խաղաղության պայամանգրի կնքմանը, Ֆրանսիայի այս քայլը նոր գրգռող տարր է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի հարաբերություններում։

Ըստ Ուորլիքի՝ Ֆրանսիան Հայաստանի հետ սպառազինության մատակարարման գործարք պետք է կնքեր Ադրբեջանի հետ խաղաղության համաձայնագրի ստորագրումից հետո։

«Ցավալի է, որ երբ մոտենում են խաղաղության համաձայնագրի կնքմանը, նման քայլը խառնում և ավելի է բարդացնում բանակցությունները»,- «Նյուզ էյ էմ»-ի հետ զրույցում ասել է Ուորլիքը։

Ամերիկացի համանախագահը միտումնավոր չի անդրադառնում այն հանգամանքին, որ Ադրբեջանը 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո մի քանի անգամ ավելի շատ զենք է գնել, քան Հայաստանը, և ներկայումս հենց Ադրբեջանն է վտանգ ներկայացնում բանակցությունների համար։

Ըստ երևույթին, եթե Փարիզը սեփական շահերն առաջ է մղում փորձելով ամրապնդել Հայաստանի պաշտպանունակությունը ընդդեմ Ադրբեջանի, Միացյալ Նահանգներն այս հարցում ունեն սեփական նկատառումները և փորձում է Հայաստանին նոր զիջումներ պարտադրելու գնով խաղաղության համաձայնագիր ստանալ, որից հետո Ռուսաստանի դուրս մղումը հարավկովկասյան տարածաշրջանից արդեն տեխնիկայի հարց է դառնում։

Նույնիսկ այս մի տարրական հարցում երկու երկրների անհամաձայնությունը վկայում է, որ Հայաստանը լրջագույն խնդիրներ ունի, իսկ Արևմուտքը ոչ թե այդ խնդիրները լուծում է, այլ ավելի է խորացնում։
