Աֆղանստանի լրագրող Կոբրա Հասանին մեկնել է Քաբուլ՝ Ռուսաստանում ապաստան ստանալու մերժումից հետո: Նա ասել էր, որ հայրենիքում իրեն մահապատիժ է սպառնում: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք «Մեդուզա»-ից։

Աֆղանստանից փախած լրագրող Կոբրա Հասանին, ով փորձել էր ապաստան ստանալ Ռուսաստանում, հունիսի 25-ին Մոսկվայից գնացել է  Քաբուլ,  գրում է սկզբնաղբյուրը՝ վկայակոչելով Հասանիի փաստաբաններին։

Ռուսաստանում Հասանին մեղադրել են Եվրոպա մեկնելու փորձի ժամանակ ապօրինի սահմանը հատելու համար, և նա պետք է արտաքսվեր հայրենիք։ 2024 թվականի փետրվարին Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի դատարանը չեղարկել է լրագրողին արտաքսելու հրամանը, սակայն նա չի կարողացել ապաստան ստանալ Ռուսաստանում։

Հասանիի պաշտպաններն ասում են, որ ապաստան ստանալուց հրաժարվելուց հետո նա ուներ այլ երկիր գնալու բազմաթիվ տարբերակներ՝ «Ալբանիայից Գերմանիա», բայց «ամեն ինչ պահանջում էր ջանք, ժամանակ, գումար»։

Փաստաբանները, իբր, Հասանիի Քաբուլ փախուստի մասին իմացել են Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի աֆղանական սփյուռքից։ Լրագրողի պաշտպան Ելենա Ֆադեևան ենթադրել է, որ Հասանին «այլևս ուժ չունի» մնալու Ռուսաստանում և «իր համար այլ իրական տարբերակ չի տեսնում», բացի Աֆղանստան վերադառնալուց, չնայած իրեն սպառնացող վտանգին:

Նշենք, որ Կոբրա Հասանին աշխատել է աֆղանական հեռուստատեսությունում մինչև 2021 թվականի օգոստոսը և պայքարել է երկրում կանանց իրավունքների համար։ Նա հեռացել է  Աֆղանստանից թալիբների իշխանության գալուց անմիջապես հետո: Հասանին ասել է, որ իր հայրենիքում իրեն սպասում է «մահ և հալածանք թալիբների կողմից»: Ներքին գործերի նախարարության միգրացիոն ծառայությունը, ինչպես գրել է Ֆոնտանկան, համարել է, որ Հասանիին ապաստան տրամադրելու հիմքեր չկան։
