Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի բոլոր խմբակցություններից մի խումբ պատգամավորներ հանդես են եկել համատեղ հայտարարությամբ՝ ի պատասխան հայ-ֆրանսիական ռազմական համագործակցության վերաբերյալ Ադրբեջանի եւ Ռուսաստանի քննադատություններին, բացասական արձագանքին ու սպառնալիքներին։ Պատգամավորներն իրենց հայտարարությամբ շեշտադրել են, որ մարտունակ եւ ժամանակակից զինտեխնիկայով սպառազինված բանակ ունենալը ցանկացած երկրի ինքնիշխան իրավունքն է։

Բրյուսելում «Արմենպրես»-ի թղթակցի փոխանցմամբ՝ եվրոպական խորհրդարանի պատգամավորները նշել են, որ «Ռուսաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի ռեժիմների կողմից Հայաստանի հասցեին հնչեցված մեղադրանքները, թե վերջինը Հարավային Կովկասում հակամարտություն է հրահրում, եւս մեկ անգամ փաստում է, որ երկու երկրների միջեւ առկա է դավադրություն, որը դեռ 2023թվականի սեպտեմբերին հանգեցրել էր Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ավելի քան 140 հազար հայերի էթնիկ զտմանը»։ 

Եվրախորհրդարանականները զարմանք են հայտնել, որ ավտորիտար և ագրեսոր երկրները, ինչպիսիք են՝ Ադրբեջանը և Ռուսաստանը, դատապարտում են ԵՄ անդամ երկիր Ֆրանսիային՝ ձգտելով օգտագործել առկա տարաձայնությունները, հակասությունները երկրների ներսում կամ երկրների միջև՝ որպես սեփական պատեհապաշտ նպատակներին հասնելու գործիք:

«Սա ոչ մի կերպ չի կարող ընդունելի լինել Եվրամիության կողմից, և վաղուց ժամանակն է պատժամիջոցներ կիրառել բռնապետական Ալիևի ռեժիմի դեմ՝ տարածաշրջանային խաղաղությունն ու անվտանգությունը խաթարող նրա ապակառուցողական գործողությունների և մարդու իրավունքների ոտնահարման համար: Մենք խստորեն դատապարտում ենք Բաքվի և Մոսկվայի պաշտոնական հայտարարությունները և կոչ ենք անում Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովին և ԱԳԵԾ-ին անհապաղ արձագանքել այս իրավիճակին»,- ասված է համատեղ հայտարարության մեջ։ 

Համատեղ հայտարարությունը ստորագրել են Սլովակիայից Միրիամ Լեքսմանը, Ֆրանսիայից Ֆրանսուա-Գզավիե Բեյլամին, Նատալի Լուազոն, Ռաֆայել Գլյուկսմանը, Մարկետա Գրեգորովան, Քրիստոֆ Գոմարը, Սելին Իմարը, Լորան Կաստիյոն, Կիպրոսից Լուկաս Ֆուրլասը եւ Կոստաս Մավրիդեսը, Նիդեռլանդներից Բերտ-Յան Ռաուսենը, Լիտվայից Անդրիուս Կուբիլիուսը եւ Ռասա Յուկնեվիչիենեն եւ Շվեդիայից Չառլի Վեյմերսը։
