ՔՊ-ում պահանջում են հեռացնել ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանին. ո՞վ է Հարությունյանին Բելգորոդ ուղարկել

«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրում» կրկին ցնցված են, այս անգամ Ռուսաստանում Հայաստանի դեսպանի այցից ՌԴ Բելգորոդ քաղաք, որտեղ բնակելի շենքերից մեկն ավերվել էր ուկրաինական զինված ուժերի հրթիռային հարվածի հետևանքով։

Մայիսի 12-ին Բելգորոդը և դրա շրջակայքը ենթարկվել են զանգվածային հրթիռակոծության Ուկրաինայից։ Խոցված «Տոչկա-Ու» հրթիռի բեկորները վնասել են Բելգորոդի տասը հարկանի բնակելի շենքը, մուտքն ամբողջությամբ փլուզվել է։ 17 մարդ զոհվել է:

«Վայր, որտեղ կենտրոնացած է տասնյակ մարդկանց վիշտը: Կարծում եմ, դա հոգեբանական ազդեցություն ունի ամբողջ քաղաքի վրա: Բնականաբար, ցանկություն կա, որ այս ամենն արագ ավարտվի»,- ասել էր Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանը լրագրողներին։

Իսկ տեղի հայ համայնքի հետ հանդիպմանը դեսպանը նշել էր, թե Ռուսաստանի և Հայաստանի ժողովուրդները երկու երկրների դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների հիմքն են։

«Մենք անցել ենք ընդհանուր պատմություն՝ որպես մեկ պետության մաս՝ սկզբում Ռուսական կայսրության, հետո՝ ԽՍՀՄ-ի։ Եվ այսօր մենք շատ դժվար ժամանակներ ենք ապրում, երբ աշխարհաքաղաքական փոփոխություններ են տեղի ունենում ամբողջ աշխարհում, և դրանք ազդում են մեր երկրների վրա։ Բայց ժամանակակից պատմության մեջ էլ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հետ միասին անցել ենք արժանի ճանապարհ»։

Հարությունյանի այս այցը, ըստ ՔՊ-ականների, Ռուսաստանի թելադրանքով է եղել, որպես պատասխան ուկրաինական Բուչա քաղաք Ուկրաինայում ՀՀ դեսպանի և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարի այցի։ Դեպի Արևմուտք «սլացող» ՔՊ-ն նիստ է արել, քննադատել դեսպանի վարքը, առաջարկել նրան հետ կանչել, առավել ևս, որ ՌԴ-ն հաստատել է Գուրգեն Արսենյանի ագրեմանը։

Իշխանականների ընդվզումը, մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, զսպել են, բացատրել, որ Փաշինյանն ու ԱԳՆ-ն տեղյակ են եղել այդ այցից, իրենք են հանձնարարել անել դա։ Տարակուսած ՔՊ-ականներին էլ բացատրել են, որ աշխարհաքաղաքական իրավիճակը, Ֆրանսիայում ու Իրանում ընտրությունները, Եվրախորհրդարանի նոր պատկերն ու ԱՄՆ նախագահի թեկնածուների բանավեճը, որտեղ Բայդենը ջախջախիչ պարտություն կրեց, նպաստավոր չեն «պապից ավելի կաթոլիկ երևալու» համար, հարկավոր է ուղիներ փնտրել Ռուսաստանի բարեհաճությանը կրկին արժանանալու համար։

Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանը համոզված ռուսամետ է, այդպիսին եղել է ողջ կյանքում, և այժմ էլ, չի բացառվում, որ իր գործողություններն ավելի շատ համակարգի Մոսկվայի, քան պաշտոնական Երևանի հետ։ Բայց Հարությունյանն առանց Փաշինյանի ու Արարատ Միրզոյանի գիտության նման քայլ անելու անընդունակ է, չափից ավելի վախկոտ է, որպեսզի հրապարակավ դեմ գնա պաշտոնական կուրսին։

Դեսպանի այս այցը մտահոգել է նաև Հայաստանում արևմտյան դեսպանատներին, որոնք ներքին խողովակներով պարզաբանումներ են պահանջել՝ սպառնալով վարչախմբի քթերից բերել։
