Ռազմական փորձագետ Կարեն Հովհաննիսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում տեսանյութ է հրապարակել, որին կից գրել է. «Այս օրերին ուշի ուշով հետևում եմ Ադրբեջանում տեղի ունեցող լայնածավալ թուրք-ադրբեջանական «ԹուրԱզ Արծիվ-2020» անվանումը կրող զորվարժությանը։ Խոսել եմ, ու դեռ խոսելու եմ այս զորավարժության մասին, քանի որ ադրբեջանական քարոզչական դաշտում արդեն նկատելի են սադրանքներ պարունակող ինֆորմացիաներ։


Մի քանի օր մեր լրատվականներից մեկին տված հարցազրույցներիցս մեկում ասել էի, որ այս զորվարժության ժամանակ սադրանք կարող է լինել ոչ թե կրակոց, կամ նմանատիպ մի բան սահմանի վրա, այլ պարզապես փորձ կանեն այդ զորավարժությանը մասնակցող ռազմաօդային ուժերը հատեն արցախա-ադրբեջանական օդային սահմանը և դա արդեն կլինի սադրանք և կանաչ լույս նոր բախման համար։
Այսօր ադրբեջանական հեռուստաընկերություններով սկսել են տարածել «սենսացիոն լուր»։


Ըստ Բաքվի բռնապետի քարոզչամեքենայի՝ ադրբեջանական և թուրքական երկու ինքնաթիռներ «մանևրել են Ղարաբաղի երկնքում»։
Ակնհայտ է, որ սա սուտ է, սակայն այս սուտը ադրբեջանական իշխանությունը սեփական հասարակությանը հրամցնում է որպես զորվարժության արդյունք, այսինքն, որ կարող են երկու պետության ռազմական ինքնաթիռները Արցախի երկնքում մանևրել։
Սա, իսկապես, սադրանք է, սադրանք ինֆորմացիոն դաշտում, քանի որ ստահոդ լուրերի տարածումով նույնիսկ վտանգի տակ են դնում զորավարժության հետագա անցկացման հնարավորությունը, քանի որ այդ կերպ նաև ակնհայտորեն սրում են առանց այդ էլ պայթյունավտանգ իրավիճակը»:
