"Past" (Fact in Armenian) Armenians bought real estate in Dubai worth about $60 million in two days

Who are the buyers? The Past (Fact in Armenian) newspaper writes: "We understand that approximately $60 million worth of real estate was sold in Dubai during the last Dubai Investment Forum held in Armenia. 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments were sold. The renowned real estate company Elit Stroy Property, with eight years of expertise and extensive operations in Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Thailand, and the United Arab Emirates, organized this forum. The level of activity and interest from the Armenian market in Dubai real estate exceeded the organizers' expectations, as reported in the Past newspaper.
Consequently, our sources indicate that a decision was made to establish an organizational branch in Yerevan. We attempted to contact Lilit Sargsyan, the company's Armenian director, to inquire about the opening date of the branch and the identities of those who made such significant purchases. Unfortunately, the director was unavailable for comment, and an Elit Stroy representative informed us that buyer information is strictly confidential and cannot be shared with any other parties. Our source confirmed the rumors about the branch launching in Yerevan and mentioned that more details would be released later.
