Այսօր՝ հուլիսի 26-ին, դաժան ու ողբերգական ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել Շիրակի մարզում։ Ժամը 01։30-ի սահմաններում Գյումրի-Վանաձոր ավտոճանապարհի 15 կմ հատվածում՝ Ջաջուռի ոլորաններում, բախվել են Շիրակի մարզի բնակիչ 41-ամյա Արմեն Տոնոյանի վարած «BMW X3» մակնիշի և Լոռու մարզի բնակիչ 31-ամյա Նապոլեոն Մկրտչյանի վարած «Honda Fit» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաները։ Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վթարի հետևանքով Ն․ Մկրտչյանը, վերջինիս ուղևոր 31-ամյա Նազենի Շմոյանը տեղում մահացել են, իսկ 1 հոգի՝ Լոռու մարզի բնակիչ 7-ամյա Դավիթ Մ․-ն, ծայրահեղ ծանր ախտորոշմամբ տեղափոխվել է Գյումրու «Մոր և մանկան ավստրիական» հիվանդանոց։

Մինչ քննչական խումբը աշխատում էր դեպքի վայրում, հիվանդանոցից ահազանգ է ստացվում ոստիկանության Ախուրյանի բաժին, որ երեխան, գիտակցության չգալով, մահացել է։  Դեպքի վայրում հավաքված մի քանի քաղաքացիներ, ովքեր հրաժարվեցին տեսախցիկի առաջ խոսել, ասում էին, որ մահացածները ամուսիններ են, երեխան էլ նրանց տղան էր, իսկ «BMW X3»-ի վարորդը դեպքի վայրում տարօրինակ վարքագիծ է ցուցաբերել և դա նկատել են պարեկները ու նրան բռնել են, ապա փորձել են տեղափոխել ոստիկանության Ախուրյանի բաժին, սակայն նա հայտնել է, որ իրեն վատ է զգում, ինչից հետո պարեկները նրան ուղեկցել են շտապօգնության ավտոմեքենա, բժիշկները նրան փորձել են տեղափոխել հիվանդանոց, սակայն նա ճանապարհին շտապօգնության ավտոմեքենայի դուռը բացել և դիմել է փախուստի։ Վթարի փաստվ Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։ Քննիչի հանձնարարականով ավտոմեքենաները տեղափոխվում են ոստիկանության Ախուրյանի բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք։ Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ «BMW X3»-ի վարորդի հետ ևս մեկ հոգի է եղել, ով տեղում ոստիկանության Ախուրյանի բաժին ծառայողների կողմից թմրանյութ պահելու և օգտագործելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել է։  Պարեկային ծառայության Շիրակի մարզի գումարտակում և ոստիկանության Ախուրյանի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ ունեն, որ «BMW X3»-ի մեջ կա թմրանյութ։ Գ․ Շամշյանը հայտնում է, որ ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների՝ վթարի մեղավորը եղել է «BMW X3»-ի վարորդը, ով դուրս է եկել հանդիպակաց երթևեկելի գոտի, ստեղծել վթարային իրավիճակ, ապա բախվել «Honda Fit»-ին։ «BMW X3»-ը մասամբ հայտնվել է ճանապարհի մեջտեղում, իսկ «Honda Fit»-ը գլխիվայր շրջվել է։
