Փոքր բիզնեսին աջակցելու համար 50 մլն դրամ է հատկացվել 50 գործազուրկ մարդու

2020 թ.-ին փոքր բիզնեսի աջակցության ծրագրի շրջանակներում աջակցություն կստանա 50 գործազուրկ մարդ: Այս նպատակով պետական բյուջեից հատկացվել է 50 մլն ՀՀ դրամ:

Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության Զբաղվածության պետական գործակալության կողմից իրականացվող Փոքր բիզնեսի աջակցության ծրագիրը զբաղվածության կարգավորման պետական ծրագրերի շարքում ի սկզբանե եղել է ամենապահանջվածներից: Շահառուները աշխատաշուկայում անմրցունակ անձինք են, իսկ ծրագրի նպատակն է ապահովել ծրագրում ընդգրկվածների կայուն զբաղվածությունը և ստեղծել լրացուցիչ աշխատատեղեր:

Կորոնավիրուսի համավարակի հետևանքով աշխատաշուկայում ստեղծված իրավիճակով պայմանավորված՝ ծրագրի պահանջարկը գնալով մեծանում է:

Եվս 10 մլն ՀՀ դրամ հատկացվել է խորհրդատու կազմակերպության ծառայություն ձեռք բերելու նպատակով: Արտակարգ իրավիճակով պայմանավորված՝ տեղաշարժման սահմանափակումները պահպանելու, միաժամանակ ծրագրերի ֆինանսավորումը չուշացնելու նպատակով` խորհրդատու կազմակերպության՝ «Աութսորս» ՍՊԸ-ի հետ ձեռք է բերվել պայմանավորվածություն՝ ծրագրի առաջին փուլը՝ մեկամսյա խորհրդատվական դասընթացը, կազմակերպել հեռավար եղանակով: Այս պահին կազմակերպության կողմից ուսուցում է անցնում 33 մարդ:

Ծրագրում ընդգրկվելու ցանկություն հայտնած քաղաքացիների հետ իրականացվում է դասընթաց, աջակցություն է ցուցաբերվում բիզնես-պլաններ կազմելու հարցում, գնահատվում ներկայացված բիզնես-պլանները, որից հետո 1 տարի շարունակ ուղեկցվում է ֆինանսավորված բիզնեսների գործունեությունը: Սահմանված ընթացակարգի համաձայն՝ Զբաղվածության պետական գործակալության կողմից ֆինանսավորում են միայն Խորհրդատու կազմակերպության դրական գնահատականին արժանացած ծրագրերը:

Խորհրդատու կազմակերպության կողմից այս պահին շարունակվում է 2019 թ.-ին ծրագրում ընդգրկված ևս 79 անձի բիզնես գործունեության ուղեկցումը:

Ծրագրի տևողությունը երկու տարի է, իսկ սեզոնային աշխատանքի դեպքում՝ 24 ամիս: Ծրագրի շրջանակներում տրամադրվող աջակցության առավելագույն չափը մեկ միլիոն դրամ է:

Նշվում է, որ 2014-2019 թ.թ. ծրագրի շրջանակներում ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեություն է սկսել 340 մարդ: 2020 թ. հունվարի մեկի դրությամբ նրանց 90 %-ը շարունակում էր իր գործունեությունը:
