Լիբանանահայերին օգնելու հարցում ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն չի շտապում

ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն կոչ է անում ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին ժամանակավորապես զերծ մնալ Լիբանան այցելելուց։

«Հույս հայտնելով, որ բարեկամ Լիբանանում կպահպանվի խաղաղությունն ու կայունությունը՝ Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունն այդուհանդերձ կոչ է անում ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին ժամանակավորապես զերծ մնալ Լիբանան այցելելուց, եթե չկա դրա խիստ անհրաժեշտություն»,-նշված է արտգործնախարարության տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ։

Նախարարությունը հորդորում է Լիբանանում այս պահին բնակվող Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիներին ցուցաբերել առավելագույն զգուշավորություն, խուսափել վերջին օրերին թիրախավորված շրջաններ այցելելուց և հետևել Լիբանանի իրավասու մարմինների պաշտոնական հաղորդումներին և նախազգուշացումներին։ Իրավիճակը Լիբանանում կտրուկ սրվել է օրեր առաջ, երբ «Հզբոլլահ»-ի հարվածներին ի պատասխան Իսրայելը սկսել է հրետակոծել ոչ միայն հարավային Լիբանանը, այլև հարվածներ է հասցրել բեյրութի օդանավակայանին։

Բոլոր վերլուծաբաններն անխտիր նշում են առաջիկայում լայնածավալ էսկալացիայի հավանականության մասին։ Տարբեր երկրներ դուրս են բերում իրենց քաղաքացիներին և հայրենակիցներին Լիբանանից, պատերազմի մեջ գտնվող Ուկրաինան մի քանի ինքնաթիռներով բոլոր ուկրաինացիներին դուրս է բերել այդ երկրի տարածքից։ ՀՀ իշխանությունները բավարարվել են միայն կոչեր հնչեցնելով, թեև ամենամեծ համայնքներից մեկը կա Լիբանանում, նաև բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիներ և երկքաղաքացիներ են ապրում Բեյրութում և Լիբանանի այլ քաղաքներում։

Պաշտոնական Երևանը պետք է համապատասխան կոչով դիմեր լիբանանահայերին, ինքնաթիռ տրամադրեր, միջոցներ հատկացներ՝ նրանց Հայաստան կամ այլ անվտանգ տեղ տեղափոխելու համար։ Իհարկե, շատերը կնախընտրեն չհեռանալ Լիբանանից, բայց հազարավոր մարդիկ էսկալացիայի պայմաններում կցանկանան հեռանալ անվտանգ վայր։ Այս առումով, ՀՀ պատասխանատվությունը բավական մեծ է, բայց իշխանությունները միայն կոչեր են հնչեցնում։
