Կլաարի հարցազրույցն ու ադրբեջանական հերթական կեղծիքը

Հարավային Կովկասում ԵՄ հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Տոյվո Կլաարը հայտարարել է, թե Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղության պայմանագրի նախագծի մեծ մասն արդեն համաձայնեցված է։

«Ինձ թվում է՝ պակասում է քաղաքական կամքը, որն անհրաժեշտ է վերջնագծին հասնելու համար»,- նշել է նա։

Եվրոպացի պաշտոնյան, որն առաջիկայում թողնելու է այդ պաշտոնը, հայտարարել է, թե երբեմն բարձրացվում են այլ հարցեր, ինչպիսին է «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանի» հարցը, սակայն դա տարբերվումէ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայ բանկիչների վերդարձի խնդրից, և չի կարելի դնել նույն հարթության վրա։

«Առաջինը ղարաբաղցի հայերի՝ իրենց նախնիների հայրենիք վերադարձին մղված աջակցությունն է, որն Ադրբեջանի պարտավորությունն է: Երկրորդը Ադրբեջանի այլ մասերում, այդ թվում՝ Բաքվում ապրած հայերի, կամ Հայաստանում ապրած ադրբեջանցիների հարցն է», - ասել է սեպտեմբերի 1-ին ԵՄ հատուկ ներկայացուցչի պաշտոնում իր առաքելությունն ավարտող Կլաարը:

Պաշտոնական Բաքուն Տոյվո Կլաարի այս հայտարարությունները որակել է «կողմնակալ, հարված այն կառույցի հեղինակությանը, որը Կլաարը ներկայացնում է»:

«Հայաստանի պարտավորությունն է ստեղծել համապատասխան պայմաններ Հայաստանից վտարված ադրբեջանցիների հայրենի հողեր անվտանգ և արժանապատիվ վերադարձի համար, և միջազգային հանրությունը պետք է պահանջի այդ պարտավորության կատարումը»,- պնդել են Բաքվի ԱԳՆ-ից՝ միաժամանակ աղավաղելով հայերի վերադարձի հնարավորությունը։

Ադրբեջանի այս վարքը վկայում է, որ այդ երկիրն ամենևին էլ միտք չունի վերադարձնել արցախցիներին իրենց բնակավայրեր, բայց լրջորեն աշխատում է մի քանի տասնյակ հազար ադրբեջանցիներին Հայաստանում տեղավորելու ուղղությամբ։ Իսկ նման զարգացումը ոչ այն ինչ է, քան ՀՀ պետականության կորստի սկիզբ։ Ինչպես և սպասելի էր ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ից, որևէ արձագանք ոչ Կլաարի հարցազրույցին, ոչ էլ Ադրբեջանի կեղծիքներին չի ստացվել։
