Նովոսիբիրսկի մարզում կայացել է Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության (ՀԱՊԿ) «Կոբալտ-2024» հատուկ վարժանքի բացման արարողությունը՝ «Ռոսգվարդիայի» ղեկավարությամբ։ Այս մասին հաղորդում է ՏԱՍՍ գործակալությունը։

Զորավարժությունների ընթացքում կյուրացվեն ուժերի խմբավորումների և միջոցների գործողությունների նոր ձևեր ու եղանակներ, կփորձարկվեն զենքի, ռազմական տեխնիկայի նոր նմուշներ, ինչպես նաև անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի, հետախուզական միջոցների կիրառման մարտավարական հնարքներ: 

«Ներկայում իրադրությունն աշխարհում անկայուն է. ահաբեկչական մեծ ակտիվության, սահմանադրական կարգի խախտման փորձերի, զինված բախումների և պատերազմների հրահրման պայմաններում ստեղծված իրավիճակը մեզնից պահանջում է մարտական կիրառման համար մշտական մարտական ակտիվություն», - բացման խոսքում ասել է «Ռոսգվարդիայի» Սիբիրյան շրջանի հրամանատար գեներալ-գնդապետ Նիկոլայ Մարկովը։ 

Միջոցառմանը մասնակցում են Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության, Բելառուսի, Ղազախստանի, Տաջիկստանի և Ղրղզստանի շահագրգիռ նախարարությունների և գերատեսչությունների ներկայացուցիչներ:

Հայաստանը զորավարժություններին չի մասնակցում։

Զորավարժությունների շրջանակներում, որոնք կավարտվեն օգոստոսի 16-ին, մասնակիցները կկատարեն փորձի փոխանակում և կկատարելագործեն փոխգործակցության հմտությունները հատուկ նշանակության ուժերի ստորաբաժանումների միջև: ՀԱՊԿ օպերատիվ արձագանքման հավաքական ուժերի կազմի մեջ մտնող ստորաբաժանումները կստանան անօրինական զինված խմբավորումների որոնման, հայտնաբերման և ոչնչացման համատեղ գործողությունների գործնական հմտություններ։ Վերջին օրը հատուկ ջոկատայիններն օդուժի և անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի կիրառմամբ կմշակեն շենքի և տրանսպորտի գրոհ, պատանդների ազատում և զինյալների չեզոքացում։

Ավելի վաղ ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Իմանղալի Թասմաղամբետովը հայտարարել էր, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ը 2024 թվականին նախատեսել է յոթ համատեղ մարտական վարժանքներ, որոնք տեղի կունենան Ռուսաստանի, Ղազախստանի, Ղրղզստանի և Տաջիկստանի տարածքում:
