2024 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 1-ից ուժի մեջ են մտնում մարդատար-տաքսի ավտոմոբիլներով ուղևորափոխադրումների իրականացման վերաբերյալ նոր կարգավորումները։

Մարդատար-տաքսի ավտոմոբիլներով ուղևորափոխադրումներ կարող են իրականացնել միայն այն կազմակերպությունները, անհատ ձեռնարկատերերը կամ ֆիզիկական անձինք, որոնք միացել են հարկային մարմնի էլեկտրոնային համակարգին։ Սեպտեմբերի 1-ից վերջիններիս համար պարտադիր է նաև էլեկտրոնային հսկիչ դրամարկղային մեքենայի կիրառությունը։

Կազմակերպությունը կամ անհատ ձեռնարկատերն էլեկտրոնային հարթակով ուղևորափոխադրման ծառայություն կարող է մատուցել միայն լիազոր մարմնից դրա մատուցման իրավունքը ձեռք բերելու դեպքում։

Կազմակեր­պութ­յունների, անհատ ձեռնարկատերերի և ֆիզիկական անձանց կողմից ՀՀ տարածքում թեթև մարդատար ավտոմոբիլներով ոչ կանոնավոր ուղևորափոխադրումների,  ինչպես նաև մարդատար-տաքսի ավտոմոբիլներով ուղևորափոխադրումներ իրականացնելու համար անհրաժեշտ է ունենալ արտոնագիր։

Կազմակերպությունները, անհատ ձեռնարկատերերը և ֆիզիկական անձինք մարդատար-տաքսի ավտոմոբիլներով ուղևորափոխադրումների գործունեության իրականացման վերաբերյալ հայտարարությունը, ինչպես նաև էլեկտրոնային հարթակով էլեկտրոնային ծառայության միջոցով ձևակերպված պատվերով իրականացված ուղևորափոխադրման համար գանձված և պետական բյուջե վճարման ենթակա պետական տուրքի վերաբերյալ հայտարարությունը հարկային մարմին պետք է ներկայացնեն բացառապես էլեկտրոնային եղանակով՝ մինչև յուրաքանչյուր ամսվան հաջորդող ամսվա 10-ը ներառյալ։

Իսկ պետական տուրքն անհրաժեշտ է վճարել յուրաքանչյուր ամսվա համար՝ մինչև տվյալ ամսվան հաջորդող ամսվա 10-ը ներառյալ։
