Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ-ն հաստատում է տարածված տեղեկությունները, որ քննարկվում է դեպի Նախիջևան ճանապարհի վերահսկողությունը մասնավորին հանձնելու հարցը։ Փոխարտգործնախարար Մնացական Սաֆարյանը լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հավաստիացրել է՝ ճանապարհի վերահսկողությունը մասնավոր ընկերությանն արտապատվիրակելով Հայաստանի ինքնիշխանության սկզբունքը չի խախտվում, իսկ միջազգային մասնավոր ընկերությունը կարող է ուղղակի սպասարկել:

ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն նախօրեին հրաժարվել էր մանրամասներ հայտնել հնարավոր գործարքից, իսկ երեկ արդեն պնդում են, թե հայ սահմանապահները և մաքսավորներն այդ ճանապարհին աշխատանք իրականացնելու են։ Ավելին, Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը մասնավոր ընկերության ներգրավումն էլ դիտարկում է իր չարաբաստիկ «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկի» ծիրում։ Իշխանություններն այսկերպ հերթական ականն են դնում ՀՀ պետականության հիմքերի տակ։ Մասնավոր ընկերությունը որևէ պատասխանատվություն չի կրելու իր քայլերի համար, իսկ Ադրբեջանի ռեսուրսները կարող են կանխակալության պատճառ դառնալ, օրինակ, կլորիկ կաշառքի դիմաց ճանապարհների սպասարկումն իրականացվի ոչ հօգուտ Հայաստանի։

Նման քայլով Հայաստանի իշխանությունները փորձում են խուսափել նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության 9-րդ կետի պահանջը կատարելու պարտավորությունից։ Ինքը՝ Փաշինյանը բազմիցս հայտարարել է, թե հայտարարության մյուս կետերը խախտվել են, հրաժարվում է կատարել 9-րդ կետը։ Բայց դա անելու մեկ տարբերակ կա՝ հետ կանչել ՀՀ ստորագրությունը, ինչից գործող իշխանությունները համառորեն հրաժարվում են։
