«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իրավապահները հերթական աղմկահարույց «բացահայտումն» են արել: Համենայն դեպս, երեկ մի սարսափազդու հաղորդագրություն տարածվեց, թե՝ կանխվել է «մի խումբ անձանց կողմից նախնական համաձայնությամբ իշխանությունը յուրացնելու նախապատրաստություն կատարելու» հանցագործություն: Ըստ հաղորդագրության, մարդկանց ինչ-որ խումբ է ձևավորվել, որը այլ մարդկանց է հավաքագրել, որոնց տարել են այլ երկիր, որտեղ նրանց հետ զենքով պարապմունքներ են անցկացրել ու այդ ամենը՝ Հայաստանում իշխանությունը զավթելու նպատակով, պարզ ասած՝ զինված հեղաշրջում անելու համար:

Պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության մեջ նաև այլ, բավականին խնդրահարույց ու բազում հարցերի տեղիք տվող ընդհանրական որոշ դետալներ էլ են նշվում: Ասում ենք՝ «ինչ-որ», որովհետև հենց հայտարարության մեջ է նշվում, որ «գործում» ներգրավված մի ամբողջ շարք անձինք, իրենց եզրաբանությամբ՝ «չպարզված» են: Երբ այս «գործը» հասնի դատարան (եթե հասնի դատարան), միգուցե այլ մանրամասնություններ էլ հայտնի դառնան, առհասարակ, եղե՞լ է նման խումբ, չի՞ եղել, իսկապե՞ս նման մտադրություն ունեցել են և այլն, և այլն: Սա թողնենք ժամանակին: Դրա համար նախ քննություն պետք է իրականացվի: Բայց, այ, թե ինչն է միանգամից ուշադրություն գրավում, եթե չասենք՝ աչք ծակում:

Տակավին նոր-նոր մեկնարկած «գործի» քննության մասին հաղորդագրության մեջ հստակ ու հատուկ, եթե չասվի՝ նպատակային ընդգծված են որոշակի հանգամանքներ: Ի մասնավորի, հատուկ շեշտվում է, որ հավաքագրվողներին վճարել են ռուսական ռուբլով, «վարժանքներն» անցկացվել են Ռուսաստանում, իսկ ներգրավված ու չկայացած «իշխանազավթիչների» մեջ արցախցիներ կան, կամ՝ ինչպես հայտարարության մեջ է նշվում, «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի նախկին բնակիչներ»:

Կրկնում ենք՝ չգիտենք՝ եղե՞լ է նման խումբ, կապացուցվի՞, որ իրենց վերագրվող մտադրություններ են ունեցել ու գործողություններ արել, ի վերջո, գործի քննությունը դեռ նոր է սկսվել: Բայց արդեն իսկ հատուկ շեշտված են վերը նշված «մանրամասնությունները»: Տարբեր այլ գործերի պարագայում ՔԿ-ն չի շեշտում, չէ՞, որ այսինչ հանցանքի մեջ մեղադրվող այսինչը այս կամ այն բնակավայրի բնակիչ է, եթե կատարված հանցանքը ուղղակի կապ չունի տվ յալ տարածքի հետ: Իսկ այս «գործում», որը դեռ ինչպես հարկն է, չեն էլ քննել, վազելով նշել են՝ «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի նախկին բնակիչներ...»: Իրական նպատակը վառեցին հենց քպականներն ու քպամերձ որոշ սատելիտներ՝ երեկ ամբողջ օրը թմբկահարելով, թե՝ տեսեք, ռուսական ռուբլի, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն, Ղարաբաղ:

Հա, ի դեպ, ի՞նչ կա այն «ԳՈՐԾԻ» քննությունից, որով պետք է պարզվի, թե Արցախի Հանրապետության բնակիչներն այդ ինչո՞ւ են դարձել «նախկին բնակիչ»...
