Բաքուն դատարան կուղարկի Արցախի ղեկավարության գործը

Բաքվում ավարտվել է Արցախի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության դեմ հարուցված քրեական գործը։ Ադրբեջանի գլխավոր դատախազ Քամրան Ալիևը հայտարարել է, թե այժմ քրեական գործերի նյութերին ծանոթանալու փուլն է, որը, նրա խոսքով, բավական երկար ժամանակ է պահանջում, «քանի որ տուժածների թիվը շատ մեծ է»։ «Գործով կան բազմաթիվ տուժածներ, գործի նյութերին ծանոթանալուց հետո դրանք կուղարկվեն դատարան», - պարզաբանել է Ալիևը։ Ընդգծելով, որ «մեղադրյալի իրավունքներն ապահովվում են միջազգային կոնվենցիաների և ազգային օրենսդրության պահանջներին համապատասխան»՝ Ադրբեջանի գլխավոր դատախազը նաև ասել է, որ նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրն ունի մի քանի իրավաբան և նյութերին ծանոթանալու իրավունք։

«Մեղադրանքները բավականին լուրջ են։ Դրանք անջատողականության, մեր պատմամշակութային հուշարձանների ոչնչացման մեղադրանքներ են»,-լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ ասել է Քամրան Ալիևը։ Դեռ սեպտեմբերի սկզբին էր Բաքուն հայտարարել, որ Արցախի նախկին պաշտոնյաների գործի նյութերը մոտ ժամանակներս կուղարկվեն դատարան։

Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի վրա սեպտեմբերի 19-ի ռազմական հարձակման հետևանքով 16 անձ է գերեվարվել։ Գերեվարվածների շարքում են նաև արցախցի ութ պաշտոնյաները՝ նախագահներ Արկադի Ղուկասյանը, Բակո Սահակյանը, Արայիկ Հարությունյանը, Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Դավիթ Իշխանյանը, նախկին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը, Պաշտպանության բանակի նախկին հրամանատար Լևոն Մնացականյանը, ՊԲ հրամանատարի նախկին տեղակալ Դավիթ Մանուկյանը և նախկին արտգործնախարար Դավիթ Բաբայանը: Բաքուն նրանց ծանր մեղադրանքներ է առաջադրել։

Տևական ժամանակ Ադրբեջանը ձգձգել է գործի քննությունը։ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը նաև հացադուլ էր հայտարարել՝ պահանջելով արագացնել նախաքննությունը։ Եվ այժմ, Բաքուն, կարծես, գործերն ուղարկում է դատարան։ Գաղտնիք չէ, որ դատավարությունը վերածելու են շոուի, դրանով նոր զիջումներ կորզելով Հայաստանից։ Ըստ երևույթին, Ադրբեջանն արդեն որոշակի հանգրվանի հասել է, որպեսզի ՀՀ դեմ օգտագործի այդ գործերը։ Իսկ հայ հանրությունը, անկախ դատավարության ընթացքից, պետք է հաշվի առնի, որ կալանավորվածները գտնվում են ծայրահեղ վիճակում, իսկ նրանց խոսքերը չպետք է ալեկոծեն հայությանը։ Ռազմագերիներից շատերին կօգտագործեն ՀՀ դեմ։
