Կալիֆոռնիայում ջրանցքի վրա արևային կայան են կառուցում

Կալիֆոռնիայում (ԱՄՆ) մեկնարկել է Դելտա-Մենդոտա ջրանցքի վրա արևային վահանակների տեղադրման նախագիծը Սան-Հոակին հովտում՝ իրականացնելով վերականգնվող էներգիայի նորարարական մոտեցում: Հաղորդվում է, որ լողացող արևային վահանակները ոչ միայն կարտադրեն մաքուր էներգիա, այլև կնվազեցնեն ջրի գոլորշիացումը, ինչը լուրջ խնդիր է նահանգի համար: Բացի այդ, վահանակները ստվերում են ջրամբարի մի մասը, նվազեցնելով ջրի ջերմաստիճանը և ջրիմուռների աճը: Սա բարելավում է ջրի որակը և նվազեցնում է ջրամբարներում և ջրանցքներում քիմիական մշակման անհրաժեշտությունը:

Նախագծի առավելությունն այն է, որ այն չի մրցակցում գյուղատնտեսական հողերի հետ, ի տարբերություն սովորական արևային էլեկտրակայանների, որոնք զբաղեցնում են մեծ տարածքներ: Կալիֆոռնիայի ճյուղավորված ջրանցքների ցանցը հնարավորություն է տալիս արտադրել վերականգնվող էներգիա՝ պահպանելով հողը կառուցապատման կամ գյուղատնտեսության համար:

Նշվում է նաև նոր նախագծի ֆինանսական ներուժը, քանի որ ջրի վրա տեղադրված արևային վահանակները նվազեցնում են ջրի գոլորշիացման հետ կապված ծախսերը: Ավելին, նախագիծը համապատասխանում է նահանգի էներգահամակարգի ածխաթթվացման և վերականգնվող էներգիայի աղբյուրների անցման ավելի լայն նպատակներին: Կալիֆոռնիայում լողացող արևային վահանակների հաջողությունը կարող է խթանել նմանատիպ նախագծեր այլ նահանգներում:
