Ոսկու հանքանյութի ապօրինի արդյունահանում կատարած Վ.Ա.-ից հօգուտ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կբռնագանձվի 327.5 միլիոն դրամ՝ որպես պետությանը պատճառված վնաս, ինչպես նաև 16.3 միլիոն դրամ պետական տուրք: Դատախազության հայցադիմումը 2024 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 2-ին ամբողջությամբ բավարարվել է Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանի վճռով:

2017 թվականի նոյեմբերի 27-ին և 2018 թվականի փետրվարի 1-ին հարուցված քրեական գործերով (նախաձեռնված վարույթներով), որոնք միացվել էին մեկ վարույթում, պարզվել էր, որ 2017 թվականին Վարդենիս քաղաքի բնակիչ Վ.Ա.-ն, առանց օգտակար հանածոյի արդյունահանման համապատասխան թույլտվության, ընդերքի օգտագործման և պահպանության կանոնների խախտմամբ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Վարդենիս համայնքի տարածքում կատարել է ոսկու հանքանյութի ապօրինի արդյունահանում, որի հետևանքով պետությանը պատճառվել էր 327.5 միլիոն դրամի վնաս:

2018 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 27-ին Վ.Ա.-ի վերաբերյալ քրեական գործն ուղարկվել էր իրավասու դատարան: Վ.Ա.-ին առաջադրվել էր մեղադրանք՝ ընդերքի պահպանման և օգտագործման կանոնները խախտելու համար:

2020 թվականի հունվարի 29-ին վաղեմության ժամկետը լրացած լինելու հիմքով դատարանը որոշել էր դադարեցնել Վ.Ա.-ի նկատմամբ հարուցված քրեական հետապնդումը և կարճել էր քրեական գործը:

2020 թվականի մարտի 20-ին Գեղարքունիքի մարզի դատախազության ավագ դատախազը հայցադիմում էր ներկայացրել դատարան՝ պահանջելով Վ.Ա.-ից հօգուտ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բռնագանձել 327.5 միլիոն դրամ:

Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանի՝ 2023 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 13-ի վճռով հայցադիմումը մասնակի բավարարվել էր և որոշվել էր Վ.Ա.-ից բռնագանձել 100 միլիոն դրամ:

Դատախազը 2024 թվականի հունվարի 16-ին Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանի վճռի դեմ ներկայացրել էր վերաքննիչ բողոք, որը բավարարվել էր և գործն ուղարկվել էր նոր քննության: Նոր քննության արդյունքում՝ 2024 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 2-ին, Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանի վճռով Դատախազության հայցադիմումն ամբողջությամբ բավարարվել է և որոշվել է Վ.Ա.-ից հօգուտ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բռնագանձել 327.5 միլիոն դրամ՝ որպես պետությանը պատճառված վնաս, ինչպես նաև 16.3 միլիոն դրամ պետական տուրք:
