Փաշինյանը փոխել է հռետորաբանությունը միջանցքի հարցում

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը փոխել է հռետորաբանությունն այսպես կոչված «Զանգեզուրի» միջանցքի ու նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարության պահանջների հարցում։ Եթե նախկինում կտրուկ հրաժարվում էր կատարել հայտարարության 9-րդ կետի պահանջները և տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցությունների վերահսկողությունը հանձնել ՌԴ ԱԴԾ-ին, ինչպես գրված է եռակողմ հայտարարության մեջ, ապա այժմ խոսում է ընդհուպ համատեղ մոնիտորինգի հնարավորության մասին։

Մեր տեղեկություններով, երբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այցելել էր Նյու Յորք, սրտաճմլիկ հանդիպում ունեցել Թուրքիայի նախագահ Էրդողանի հետ «Թուրքական տանը», ու հրճված կրծքին սեղմել Թուրքիայի նախագահի հեղինակած գիրքը, Էրդողանը նրան մի քանի ուշագրավ ակնարկներ է արել։ Մասնավորապես հորդորել է շատ չբզել ռուսներին, այլապես անգամ ինքը չի կարողանա փրկել Փաշինյանին, որը դեռ պետք է թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմին։ Մասնավորապես, ասել է՝ քանի որ չես կարողանում միջանցքն ուղիղ հանձնել մեզ, կատարիր եռակողմի պահանջը, որը թե՛ թուրքերին, թե՛ ադրբեջանցիներին ու թե՛ ռուսներին է ձեռնտու։ Ֆորմալ առումով միջանցքը թուրքերը չեն վերահսկի, բայց ռուսների հետ պայմանավորվածության կգան։

Դրանից հետո Փաշինյանի հետ միջանցքի հարցով զրույց ունեցել է նաև Վլադիմիր Պուտինը ԱՊՀ ոչ պաշտոնական գագաթնաժողովին։ Նշելով, որ տեղյակ է Էրդողանի հետ հանդիպման մանրամասներին՝ ՌԴ նախագահը պահանջել է կատարել եռակողմի պահանջը։ Այժմ էլ սեփական թքածը լիզելու գործընթաց է Փաշինյանի մոտ, կտրուկ փոխել է խոսելաձևը, նշում է ռուսների հետ համատեղ վերահսկողություն և մոնիտորինգ իրականացնելու մասին։ Իսկ ռուսական կողմն էլ հասկացել է, որ Փաշինյանի մոդերատորը վաղուց Թուրքիան է, որի հետ էլ պետք է պայմանավորվել Հայաստանին վերաբերվող հարցերում։ Իր մոդերատորն արդեն Էրդողանն է, այսինքն, Թուրքիայի նախագահի միջոցով է ՀՀ իշխանություններին սեղմում։
