ԱԳՆ-ն Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի հետ համաձայնագրեր է պատրաստում

ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն շտապ պատրաստում է միջկառավարական համաձայնագրերի նախագծեր Ադրբեջանի և (ուշադրություն) Թուրքիայի հետ՝ սահմանային և մաքսային վերահսկողության հեշտացված ռեժիմի վերաբերյալ: Նախագիծը նախատեսում է, որ վերը նշված երկրների քաղաքացիների մուտք և ելքը Հայաստան 30 օրվա ընթացքում հնարավոր կլինի իրենց ներքին անձնագրերով: Անձնական և բեռնատար ավտոմեքենաների անցման ռեժիմը քննարկվում է առանձին և հիմնված է էլեկտրոնային մաքսային հայտարարագրերի վրա՝ սովորական սահմանային ստուգմամբ:

Եթե այս փաստաթղթերը ստորագրվեն, Հայաստանը կդառնա Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացիների համար տարանցիկ երկիր՝ իրար այցելելու համար՝ անցնելով Նախիջևանի միջոցով առանց արտաքին անձնագրերի:

Մեր տեղեկություններով, նման հանձնարարություն Փաշինյանը ստացել է անձամբ Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Էրդողանից, Նյու Յորք կատարած այցի և «Թուրքական տանը» կայացած հանդիպման ժամանակ։ Հարցը քննարկվել է նաև Կազանում՝ Փաշինյան-Ալիև հանդիպմանը։ Թեև պաշտոնական հաղորդագրությունը պնդում է, թե արտգործնախարարներին հանձնարարվել է շարունակել «Խաղաղության և միջպետական հարաբերությունների հաստատման մասին» համաձայնագրի շուրջ երկկողմ բանակցությունները՝ հնարավորինս սեղմ ժամկետում այն վերջնականացնելու և կնքելու նպատակով, բայց կողմերն առաջնահերթ այդ հարցն են քննարկել։ Ի դեպ, երեկ ԱԺ-ում, ՔՊ ակտիվի հետ հանդիպմանը հպանցիկ ակնարկ է կատարվել այս պայմանավորվածությանը, բայց բերանբաց ՔՊ-ականներին առանձնապես չեն ծանոթացրել պայմանավորվածություններին։
