Նախորդ տարվա համեմատությամբ վճարած հարկերի աճի ցուցանիշով առաջատար է Զանգեզուրի ՊՄԿ-ն՝ +31,3 մլրդ դրամ

Հրապարակվել է երրորդ եռամսյակի խոշոր հարկ վճարողների վերաբերյալ տվյալները։  ԿԲ խորհրդի անդամ Արտակ Մանուկյանը ներկայացրել  է վերլուծության հիմնական արդյունքները։  
  • 2024թ. հունվար-սեպտեմբերին 1000 խոշորագույն հարկ վճարողների կողմից պետական բյուջե վճարված հարկերի ընդհանուր մեծությունը կազմել է 1,32 տրլն դրամ, ինչը միայն 4 տոկոսով է բարձր նախորդ տարվա համապատասխան ցուցանիշից։
  • 10 խոշորագույն հարկ վճարողների վճարած հարկերը աճում են առաջանցիկ տեմպով, ինչը մեծացնում է խզումը առաջատարների և ցանկը եզրափակողների միջև։ Մասնավորապես առաջին և վերջին 100-յակի ընկերությունների կողմից պետական բյուջե վճարված հարկերի մեծության հարաբերակցությունը 2024թ. 9 ամիսների համար կազմել է 30 անգամ, ինչը փոքր-ինչ բարձր է նախորդ տարվա համեմատ։ Առաջին և վերջին տասնյակի հարկատուների վճարած հարկերի հարաբերակցությունը 2024-ին 133 անգամ է, ինչը նախորդ տարվա համեմատ էլ ավելի բարձր է :
  • Մեկ այլ կարևոր միտում է 1000 հարկատուների ցանկում ընդգրկված ընկերությունների կողմից ՀՀ պետական բյուջե վճարված հարկերի ընդհանուր մեծության կառուցվածքում ուղղակի հարկերի (շահութահարկ և եկամտային հարկ) տեսակարար կշռի փոփոխությունը՝ նախորդ տարվա համեմատ: 2024թ. հունվար-սեպտեմբերին 1000 հարկատուների վճարած հարկերի ընդհանուր մեծության 35,7%-ը կազմել են ուղղակի հարկերը: Նախորդ տարի այս ցուցանիշը մեկ տոկոսային կետով ցածր էր:
  • Միևնույն ժամանակ, 1000 հարկատուների ցանկի առաջին 100 ընկերությունների հարկային վճարումների ընդհանուր մեծության 33,8%-ը ուղղակի հարկերն են ինչը ցածր է նախորդ տարվա 35,1% մակարդակից։
  • 2024թ. առաջին 9 ամիսների արդյունքներով, 88 հարկատուի ուղղակի հարկի վճարումները գերազանցել են 1 մլրդ դրամը: Նախորդ տարի այդպիսի կազմակերպությունների թիվը 79 էր, իսկ 2022-ին՝ 61։
  • 2024թ. հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում 100 մլն դրամը գերազանցող չափով ուղղակի հարկեր են վճարել 673 ընկերություններ, 2023-ին հանրապետությունում գործել է 603 այդպիսի կազմակերպություն:
  • Առաջին 100-յակի միջին վիճակագրական հարկատուն 2024-ի առաջին երեք եռամսյակների արդյունքներով վճարել է 7,7 մլրդ դրամի հարկ (2023-ին` 7,1 մլրդ դրամ), որից շահութահարկը` 1,4 մլրդ դրամ (2023-ին` նույնչափ), եկամտային հարկը` 1,2 մլրդ դրամ (2023-ին` 1,1 մլրդ դրամ), ԱԱՀ-ն` 2,9 մլրդ դրամ (2023-ին` 2,8 մլրդ դրամ), ակցիզային հարկը` 812 մլն դրամ (2023-ին` 736 մլն դրամ):
  • Վերջին 100-յակի միջին վիճակագրական հարկատուն 2024թ. առաջին 9 ամիսների արդյունքներով վճարել է մոտ 260 մլն դրամի հարկ, նույնքան, ինչ նախորդ տարի, շահութահարկը` 37 մլն դրամ (2023-ին` 29 մլն դրամ), եկամտային հարկը` 58 մլն դրամ (2023-ին` 64 մլն դրամ), ԱԱՀ-ն` 123 մլն դրամ (2023-ին՝ 110 մլն դրամ):
  • Դիտարկվող ժամանակահատվածում նշանակալի կերպով փոխվել է նաև ցանկում ներառված հարկատուների տարածքային բաշխվածությունը։ Այսպես, Երևանում գրանցված հարկատուների թիվը ցանկում ներառվածների 82%-ն է, ինչը նախորդ տարվա համեմատությամբ փոքր-ինչ աճել է։ Մինչդեռ նրանց մասնաբաժինը վճարած հարկերի ընդհանուր ծավալում 2024-ին կազմել է 81,3%, ինչը 0,7 տոկոսային կետով ցածր է նախորդ տարվա մակարդակից։
  • Նախորդ տարվա համեմատությամբ վճարած հարկերի աճի ցուցանիշով առաջատար են Զանգեզուրի ՊՄԿ-ն՝ +31,3 մլրդ դրամ, ՄՈԲԱՅԼ ՍԵՆԹՐ ԱՐԹԸ՝ +19 մլրդ դրամ, ԳՐանդ Տոբակոն՝ + 8,8 մլրդ դրամ, Ագարակի ՊՄԿ-ն՝ +5,8 մլրդ դրամ, Սոֆթ Կոնստրակտը՝ +5,2 մլրդ դրամ, Դիջիթեյնը՝ +5,1 մլրդ դրամ։
