Հայկ Մամիջանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․ 

Դիտեցի Կարեն Անդրեասյանի հարցազրույցը։ Նախ ասեմ, որ հարցազրույցը ոչ թե պարզապես ArmComedy-ի «փայ է», այլ առանձին stand up կարելի է բեմադրել դրա հիման վրա, բայց դա թողնենք պրոֆեսիոնալներին։

Կարեն Անդրեասյանը, հավանաբար, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի նկարից «խոնավություն է քաշել» ու «ես եմ պատասխանատուն, բայց ոչ մեղավորը» ոճի արդարացումներ էր բերում՝ գրեթե բոլոր հարցերին պատասխանելիս։

Խայտառակ քաղաքական քարոզչական ֆիլմ է հրապարակել դատական իշխանությունը, որում ակնհայտ տեսանելի է այսօրվա կառավարիչների կողմից դատական իշխանության հպատակեցումը, իսկ Անդրեասյանը ասում է, որ ինքն էր հանձնարարել այն պատրաստել, բայց դա իր հետ կապ չունի։ Ասում է «զեկույցի փոխարեն այս անգամ էլ հանձնարարեցի ֆիլմի տեսքով պատրաստել»: Տենց լավ չի՝ սրանից հետո ԲԴԽ-ի որոշումները մուլտֆիլմի կամ ռեփ տեսահոլովակի տեսքով հրապարակեք։

Չեմ էլ անդրադառնա, որ անդադար սլաքներ է ուղղում Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանի եւ մյուս ԲԴԽ նախագահների վրա՝ ասելով, որ կիսաավերակ է ստացել դատական համակարգը։

Առանձին հեքիաթ է չգործող էլեկտրոնային մակագրման համակարգի մասին ստերը։ Ասում է՝ «դատական գործերի 80%-ի պարագայում գործում է էլեկտրոնային մակագրման համակարգը», բայց հենց բանը հասնում է ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական գործիչների վրա կարված գործերին ու, մասնավորապես, կալանքի միջնորդությունների քննման գործերին՝ ձեռքով ենք մակագրում։ Լրիվ պատահական է տենց ստացվել, մենք հո հատուկ չենք իշխանության պատվերները հնազանդ կատարող դատավորներին մակագրում գրեթե բոլոր ընդդիմադիրների վրա սարքած գործերը: Կապ չունի, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանի կառավարման տարիներին այդ համակարգը ներդրվել է ու անխափան աշխատել՝ բարձրացնելով դատական իշխանության անկախության մակարդակը:

Մի խոսքով, ինձ տեղեկություն էին հասցրել, որ Կարեն Անդրեասյանը նախարար ժամանակ շատ էր նեղվել, որ Ազգային Ժողով իր բերած օրինագծերից մեկը որակել էի «իրավաբանականի միջակ առաջադիմությամբ ուսանողի ռեֆերատ» (երեւի հին տրավմաներն էին գլուխ բարձրացրել)։

Ասեմ, որ Անդրեասյանը հետադիմել է ու օրերս տված իր հարցազրույցը լավագույն դեպքում կարելի է համեմատել «Ուսանողական գարնան» ժամանակ ներկայացվող վատ որակի հումորային մանրապատման հետ։ Այնքան վատ որակի, որ եթե ուսխորհրդական տարիներիս ինձ ներկայացնեին, հաստատ չէի ներառի այդ ծրագրի մեջ։
